Right from the start the whole process was easy, James gave us some great insights and ideas on how to maximise the value and create a great home that we love living in.

We added a new bedroom for our growing family, put in french doors to our deck, installed a new high end kitchen, full ensuite reno and a few other improvements. All done to a fantastic finish - James is a perfectionist and he made sure the work was delivered to his high standard.

We have an older house and we hit a couple of unexpected issues along the way. James and the Team provided simple and creative solutions, they kept us up to date all through the process and delivered ahead of time and exactly to budget. James found a way to get us everything we needed done despite our limited budget – I’m still amazed by this!

The thing I really appreciated being a Property Manager and dealing with The Renovation Team is the fact that they cover all areas of the renovation process especially the liaising with the contractors which takes up a massive amount of time on a big project like this, which made my life 100 times easier and meant I could sit back and relax, making minor decisions or plans along the way.
As some would expect with big projects/renovations it would be hard to complete a project in a top workmanlike manner, but The Renovation Team completed the job not in a half glass full kind of way, but because they are experienced in all areas of the renovation (building, painting, carpeting, design, etc) the job was completed to a very high standard and looks great for the new tenants to move in!
