I would like to recommend Zelda Gow from The Rent Shop Manukau. Zelda has only been my P. M.for a short time and she goes the extra mile to deliver a great result, I feel very fortunate having Zelda working for me, she is a real asset to the company.

Blair has been awesome to work with as moving into a house can be quite stressful but Blair made the whole process enjoyable and exciting!

My husband and I would highly recommend him to people we know that might need a home.

We have used Rent Shop for almost 3 years and so far has been the best ever. Our Tenant Manager Shiva Sharma has been looking after us throughout our rental years and has provided excellent customer service as well as looking after us and the house making sure everything we needed was provided/sorted/fixed. Communication was on point as well. Super Friendly and just so easy to get along with. Above all he made us feel like it was our own home till we grew wings and bought a house of our own. The next tenants will be super happy to have him as a tenant manager. SHIVA THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND MAKING OUR RENTAL DAYS SO EASY. Have made applications with no sucess or reply as i had be a tenant along time ago that should have an advantage to be recommended but nothing has worked to lest get call back or email of response being successful or unsuccessful.
Where has the Need of applying with a property manager & first property to then they do the background checks to help search properties within the company to eventually rent

The Rent Shop people are extremely professional. You never have to follow up. My apartment's manager Heather Stevenson is very proactive, professional and systematic. She will always arrange for repairs/maintenance as soon as you inform her. I highly recommend this rental agency to everyone; it is without any doubts one of the best in Auckland!

Sandy and Emily are great and easy to work with. They provided a hassle free transfer of my rental from another company. I always get quick responses from them, would recommend.

Nina has been very helpful and is also very Professional. During the Covid19 Pandemic lock down she was also supportive and kept in touch. Our communication we have between the both of us is awesome.

The manner in which The Rent Shop deals with their clientele is very professional, always courteous and always kind. I am a tenant and I believe if I feel thus way then landlords would too. Also not surprising to see the legitimate good reviews are all from landlords.
As if you are a tenant, I'd liken the experience of being managed by the rent shop as that of a communist dictator.

In your house snooping around every 2 months, don't even have the decency to give the tenant a pre-agreed time they are entering their home - they just turn up and let themselves in!

The complete lack of care and customer service towards tenants is evidently there to make maximum profit for landlords and themselves. Do not get yourself involved with them as a tenant. Renting for 10 years and the worst experience by a long way. Avoid like the plague.

We've had a rental property with the company for 2 years, specifically our PM is Heather Stevenson who has managed 13 months of a difficult tenant, either not paying the rent and also not paying for water accounts or repairs. Heather has be extraordinary all the way through in trying to assist the tenant with a solution & suggestions with letters delivered to the tenants letterbox & emails, texts & unanswered mobile calls. Heather has always kept us informed during the entire lengthy process. We are very impressed with Heather's continual updates to us. We've sold the property in October 2020 and Heather is still persuing the debts for us.
We have no hesitation recommending Heather Stevenson to any landlord she's professional and diligent. We received outstanding service for the 2 years.
