Never going here again. Terrible customer service. They did tell us that it would be an hour wait for food. But we waited an hour and a half and food never came. No staff came to apologise and when I approached the manager all he wanted to do was argue his point instead of trying to understand where I was coming from. Finally got up and left after he said 5mins till food and it still didn’t come after 10mins. He then tried to say he’s posting us on social media for leaving but it was their own fault for terrible customer service and not having received any food. Terrible experience and it wasn’t even busy.

Enjoyed ribs and jalapeño poppers! The service was good and not so noisy even though there’s some bday party and family gatherings.

Great place! Food is so delicious worth every penny, price and food quantity are so worth it, ended up takeaway. Customer service and staff team are the greatest especially the lady chief.

Ordered the steak ribs and chips with gravy and salad was a Long wait, but the food was worth the wait and the cash best ribs I've tasted highly recommend!

I have to be honest, I watched the chefs microwave the ribs.for $43 or so for the full rack thats not worth it… and at a RIB HOUSE? ! I dislike that it doesnt come with salad AND fries you have to choose between them seeing as the fries were the only good thing on the plate, the service was the best thing about this place thats why it gets 1 star

Had the best experience here last night! Staff were amazing, food was delicious and came out super quick with big portions and great prices we will defo be coming back again and can’t wait to return! Thank you so much for having us!

Really bad been here since 6.30 still no food. Took my team for a special occasion what a bloody big disappointment

Food was amazing! We got the share platter and everything was cooked to perfection and it was all so delicious! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Will definately be back again

Loved it, great portion sizes and delicious food. Just needed a bowl to wash our hands from saucy ribs otherwise highly recommend

All the meat here is old, dry and tasteless, pretty sure they just microwaved the left overs from earlier in the evening for us.

Visited this restaurant again tonight for the first time in 12 months. Food was excellent but the service was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Also find the drinks menu to be expensive in comparison. They need to shape-up the service.

B'day booking, pre-ordered for 27 people we did not have to wait long for everyone to recieve there meal. Food was delicious and service was great!

The food was tasty, gluten free options available and service really good! Unfortunately the facility is a bit run down and not well maintained, but with excellent potential! Add finger bowls after the ribs, some chillrd tunes and this would be a great place for a Sunday session and to watch the world go by

Awesome experience. Seated and ordered with no issue, and didn't wait long for the food. Great portions, meal was well-balanced and tasted fantastic. Waitress didn't forget about us or hover around our table but came around the right amount of times. Staff were polite, friendly and very professional, right up until we left. A bit expensive, but well worth the food quality and the experience. Would love to go again.

Service was awesome but food is average! Tried the full rack ribs not all that.alot of shortcuts in making food boiling microwave. 2 star for me

A very disappointing experience. While the quantity of the ribs was good the quality was poor. The burgers are also not great and the patties are pasty. At least the staff are great and that made up a little.

I wouldn't recommend. Some family members ordered the rib buffalo meal. Ribs should be cooked crispy with taste chicken buffalo no flavour some chips were burned and oily salad smelt old. Do not order jugs of diluted fizzy it was disgusting drinks and food I wont go there again
