Love this place. I love crafts so this shop is my very happy place. The service is fantastic. Nothing is a problem for the staff.

Got great service from the ribbon Rose bought two tie-dye liquids for a reasonable price and got two different colour bundles of wool for socks Great customer service and well knowledgeable

There is parking right out front. Access may be difficult for those in wheelchairs. As someone with a disability I found it a little difficult to get around the store as it is a bit tight. The interior has a cosy feeling, and plenty of quilting and wool supplies. If you are looking for other craft materials head to their website or The Market online instead.

Would recommend ribbon rose to everyone, I made an online order, I live in Wellington, and it was on my doorstep the next day, very impressed with the packaging. This is my go to place for online crafts. Customer service is there priority.

My first choice of yarn store in Tāmaki Makaurau. Very comprehensive range. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. Good prices. Plenty of parking.

I've been a customer here for many years (about 10 I think!) and they just keep going from strength to strength. The staff's dedication to excellent service and the rapid provision of the highest quality of goods from across many crafting disciplines is just amazing, both in store and online. Can't recommend them highly enough - they are quite outstanding.
