Worst experience of this The smith brothers. One of the Oratia west auckland house is listed for sale which is on 794 west coast road. The open home was from 2: 15 to 3 pm. We visited at 2: 30 and waited till 3 pm. No one came. Owner was away and property was completely open. This people have no responsibility to reach on time for their customer. There were 10 people turned up and all left. We left at 3 pm and no one came by that time. A day before we sent a text to know the price and no response to text and we also called from open home and phone was not answered
BTW Craig you dont need to show your flashy car when you make your video. It looks very cheap and full of show. You better focus on showing property then showing your cars. No one is interested what you drive. It looks so arrogant to show this kind of clips. Any way I believe that eventually people will know that how bad you guys are.

The Smiths are a totally committed team when selling a property, which is fantastic for the vendor.
