Thank you Sugar club really enjoyed the hospitality with an amazing dishes and not forgetting tue beautiful sunset view. Booked the evening for the special occasion had such a good time and not forgetting the special birthday surprise treat after our dinner.

No food this time, just cocktails and it was fantastic. Love the atmosphere, the decor, the service and the outlook. The cocktails are delicious!

A surprise chocolate cake on my birthday is fantastic. The staff were friendly and always checked the table. The steak and wine were really delicious!

Was our anniversary and decided to try Sugar Club. View was exceptional with perfect weather. Staff were friendly yet professional and offered changing our seating right next to the window to enjoy the sunset food was delicious and service was on point. Will be back, thank you.

Very disappointed, went for my wedding anniversary food very over priced and portions are tiny. Only good thing is the view. Definitely go somewhere else.

From the moment we walked in, it was a very special experience with the lovely staff and service and the amazing view. The food was delicious, plentiful and we were so well looked after. Thank you so much to the whole team for a fabulous evening, we will certianly be back for more.

Great location and amazing view. However, the wine list doesn’t offer the same excitement as the food. It would be great to see some more interesting wines in such a a classy environment.

Tasting menu tonight, some parts good, others ordinary. The chunk of dry sourdough at the start was disappointing in contrast to the delicious crayfish. Service basically good apart from a super shy server who didn't know what was being served. Overall, not nearly worth the price

Everything but the food was amazing. If you’re after an amazing culinary experience, this is not the place for it.

Absolutely amazing, we enjoyed the deluxe tasting menu with wine pairing - sensational. The Gazpacho, charcoal butter and market fish were all favorites for me and have left me with daily cravings.
Service was excellent, very welcoming, knowledgeable staff.

I will happily return and do recommend highly to all.

If you think of the sugar club as a fantastic view of the city with food then you will be satisfied, if you think it is great food with a view of the city then you will not. The food was nice but did not match the cost until you bring the view into the equation. For me it was very over priced and just felt tired. There is a bar and view option that would be way better value for money.

I was very satisfied with the three course meal. Friendly staff, stunning views and lovely ambience made my evening a very memorable one.

Lol my partner thought it was the resturant that turns it wasn’t. We had the tasting menu and a bottle of wine. Staff were pretty pleasant but I wouldn’t do it again. It was very expensive for what it’s worth. My favorite part was the bread and butter. Steak was great and we left feeling pretty full.

Totally spectacular. Staff could not have been more friendly, great selection of drinks and we lucked out with the August Restaurant Month special. Highly recommend!

Where to start? Chef Abhi Dey is possibly one of the most talented chefs around. We had the privilege of enjoying their plantbased tasting menu last night.and holy hell it was good. After dinner Abhi came and spoke to us about the menu and his vision. We were so impressed and wanted to offer him a job working for us.but alas, he loves The Sugar Club and his team. We've just found our new regular hangout and we're so stoked we are moving to Auckland. Thank you to everyone at The Sugar club for a great evening.

Excellent food, service, price, views, ambiance. Congratulations Sugar Club for being such an awesome venue. Our waiter was so professional. Lovely Italian guy who just knew how to make the experience so delightful. We had 3 piece main courses. Recommended.

Wow! We did the digustation and it was worth every cent. And the staff were totally on to it and super friendly. Totally reckomend

Staff were great but the food is really not special! Way over priced for the quality…
I’d recommend this drink to watch the sunset and then move on to another restaurant in town, there are plenty more deserving!
