The Warehouse Atrium reviews
42Beautiful service Nik, thank for your hospitality its very rare in this city. You're doing awesome
Small store, not everything is sold there.
Fridays is when I always come in and shop before the weekend and theres not alot of staff around to ask for help.
Need more staff on fridays, wasting time walking around trying to find someone to help.
A decently priced store with many practical things and some quality but likewise many very low quality terrible items, e.g. Shoes never buy them from the warehouse.
5 stars due to the customer service. Staff sis always nice, friendly, and super helpful. The location is great and I love ordering online and picking up at this store if they don't have what I need directly in-store but usually well stocked.
Very rude and blunt customer service rep at check outs today. I am a warehouse employee myself and I don't remember any of us practicing or encouraging this behaviour. She wasn't ready to help neither was she very pleasant about it. I had a very disturbing start to my day.
Very convenient for people living in the CBD.stocks everything you could need for day to day life:)
Now the warehouse customer service getting worse I have order online on first of may till now nothing happens they dont replay to my email and they dont answer the phone as well and when I want to the store to ask a about my order they told me send an email how come I send email and no replay what happened to my order almost 21 days now
Just went into The Warehouse Atrium to return a pair of shoes I purchased today. I decided in the end to small. Not a problem from the sales representative Tai on the counter. I also noted a customer trying to get attention while Tai was serving me, I would have told her to be more aware as he was obviously busy, but nothing fazed him he just multi tasked finishing up with me while attending to her request. Well done Tai, keep
up up the good work.
Really cheap things related to industrial foods and drinks, also toiletries. But the main shop is for housewares. Nice alternatives and some interesting prices. Store is well organized and service is quick.
Poor custumers service, I waited for more them 15 minutes at jewellry section after asking for 2 individual staff for assistance. I heared 3 calls on the speakers. The assistant came without the keys, so we awkwardly waited another 5 minutes. I understand its tiring at the end of the day.
Great store that carries a lot of miscellaneous items. Picked up some New Zealand cookies for the office which was sitting next to hand held vacuums.
Today at Pakuranga, The Warehouse
Staff Karim was very helpful.
Great customer service helping an elderly lady. Keep up your great work hopefully your employer rewards you for your awesome job.
Thank you Karim
Compare to slyia mall this warehouse is too cramped. They need bigger place and good offers to attract the customers.
Cheap v good hairdye chocolate fun and good i enjoyed eating the hairdye and putting the v in my hair however the chocolate did not cure my sleep deprivation which I am disappointed about THEY DID NOT HAVE BEST DAD TSHIRTS WHICH I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT
It should be noted that this is not like other full sized The Warehouse's. There are a lot of gaps in product stock here, even down to things such as clothes hangers which they randomly stopped stocking a certain type of them for example. You'll find the basics, but it is a very small store compared to others which is reflected in stock.
Less than a star, the worst customer service I’ve experienced on my online shopping over years.
4 calls resolve my order problem. Every representative has deferent answer. Every representative promised to follow up with me but noone did. And, everyone said the representative before didn’t leave any note.disappointment
Never use their online shopping service. If you lost your parcel, no one will be responsible for that. They just marked your order as completed and declined to reply your calls or emails!
Support New Zealand company. When they have a bedding or curtain sale it's the best value in NZ. Plenty of good value items. No problem refund if faulty item.
“Mr Gas Craft”
Went into the Atrium on Elliot Warehouse today to collect an item that I purchased online last week (Click & Collect).
As always with a 'Click & Collect' in-store pick-up item I write down the Order Number & the name of the item purchased (thus is for me to remember to then reference off the Number to staff)
I also always have my ID as proof that I put on the counter in store when I reference off the Order Number - 'for them to look up'.
The guy serving me took the slip of paper with the Order Number along with the item name written down: "Gas Craft". SS Cooker.
However, he subsequently did not bother to first check the order number with the in-store computer system, for him to verify and write down my name etc - before going out back to track down the package (as staff always do before looking for an in-store Click & Collect' item.)
5 minutes later he could not find the item!
He quickly gave up and the manager toke-over and she quickly found the item.
After coming back with the 'correct' item in hand, she was very short and agitated with me, (such an ‘imposition’ I guess)
She said, “you are supposed your Write down you Name, the guy has been out back looking for ”Mr Gas Graft"!
(At this stage I am LMAO in my head, nearly cracking up)
However she then proceeded to blame shift another young staff member for this too! I piped up in her defence & said “No! This situation had nothing to do with her, its not on her, its nor her fault! "
She then turned back and blame shifted onto me.
"You are Supposed to write down your name on the pice of paper along with the order number“
(which was very clearly the others guys fault for not checking with their system first that would had given him the all the details etc to locate the package)
She then muttered “something about being so rude”
Anyway, the moral of this story for any, staff should never trust the Customer even when they mean well (they don't know any better), don't assume anything, don't take short-cuts, alway reference the order number with the system first to check / copy down the correct details yourself etc (thats what its there for) and least, don't blame shift, there is no need to even say anything in the first place.
“sorry we found your item after locating the package, it was underneath other items out of view in our inwards-goods room”. Or something to that effect. This goes a long way!
As for the guy initially out back looking for the package with the name
"Mr Gas Craft”, me and my wife laughed all the way home about that one!
LOL ;P
Large Warehouse store right in the middle of the city. The overall shopping area is large. Children's stuff is not available though. The staff is good and helpful. Overall a good one.
