Looked for product online and said it was in stock but wasn't when I got there. Then had a very neurotic old greasy man serve taking way too long to serve the customer before me accusing them of stealing and taking them back through the store to find the thing, which is what security shld do, not make everyone wait while he solved his mystery, he then went on to question me whether I thought I cld see his side and I ignored him, already passed off for having to wait so long let alone appease his insecurities, very unprofessional person and not an asset to your store.

Very bad customer support. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM WAREHOUSE. They say warranty to attract customers but don't get things repaired. I brought a Veon 75" TV from them in October 2021. Remote stopped working just in a month. Tried starting the TV using the power button, only to find it broken. Now it has been more then 2 months I am still trying to get them repair the TV but even after sending continous follow up emails, it is not repaired. Every time they say they are waiting for part. Instore say contact install and fix team. Install and fix team ask to contact the Teletech services and Teletech says they are waiting for part from Warehouse. For the last 2 months i have been ask to contact one or the other department and no one is actually doing anything to repair or replace the TV. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THEM BUT ADVICE FOR OTHERS IS DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND TIME.

First time click and collect customer. I was served by an absolute superstar with the nametag Tao. Although the long line would’ve been overwhelming considering she was there alone, she was so polite and helpful. Got my parcels in less than 5mins. Best customer service I’ve had at any Warehouse. 10/10 will be using click and collect again.

The phone must be in a back room locked away as I've been trying to call them for 4 days straight and all it does is ring and ring. No answer or answering machine.

Paid for a fridge water dispenser starting leaking 2 weeks later. I lost the receipt otherwise would of went back

STORES open, called and called, nobody answers the dam phone.no customer service.has to be the worst store ive been to.

Never answers phone calls, replies to emails 6-10 days! Just dont do any online click n collext with them during lockdown! Terrible

Worst experience for click and collect. When purchase online said available after 3pm did not get an email to pick up so turned up at 4pm. Told to go away until I received email.complained to 0800 who followed up twice. Got email following day. Long queues disorganised staff terrible experience. Find another store to click and collect this one is the worst ever. Maybe good idea if when purchasing they should say an accurate pick up date and time. Very poor experience

How many times have I shopped here?
This is the greatest store for when you are looking to buy high-quality homeware and clothing for a bargain. The warehouse has a huge range of clothing, homeware, appliances, snacks, sweets at Easter Halloween etc, tools and much more. Friendly staff. Parking is ample, store is clean and easy to navigate. Trolleys are in great condition always. 5 stars

Don't even bother trying to call them they never answer as for available stock good luck with that you are better off buying it online and click and collect to the store
Customer service is none to be honest

Yesterday i.e. 28/01/2021 around 3.20pm as I was passing through New Lynn, I thought of shopping at the New Lynn branch of The Warehouse and oh boy what an experience I had just while entering - There was just one trolley in the bay and I observed that it had a massive bird poo in the cradle - reported this to the guy standing there behind the small desk wearing NO SMILE in a black T-shirt flexing his muscles - requested him to have it cleaned or offer me another one - his response was "THAT'S ALL WE HAVE" shrugging his shoulders implying take it or leave it - his arrogance and lack of empathy towards a customer was probably my most disgusting experience ever.

Not sure what is wrong with some people who work here. I went to the New Lynn branch earlier this week and had to wait in the customer service line until the employees (a younger lady and a tall older lady wearing glasses) in the desk were done GOSSIPING. The younger lady told us to wait and continued gossiping to the older one and we were there waiting until they were done. We could hear what they were talking about it it was not offical work chat thats for sure. I went back to the New Lynn one yesterday (as it is the branch closer to me) and the same older lady accused me of tampering with her "work rack" when I was merely passing by, looking at the rack with an item that I got from the normal shelves that was also in her rack. That does not give her the right to raise her voice at me in front of other customers and embarrass me! I work in customer service and I do not know what she is being taught, but that is not they way to approach a customer at all!

I would like to add not everyone there is like that as I have also come across helpful, nice employees.

After visiting the website I stopped in after work to buy several gardening items. Nothing on my list was in stock and I couldn't find the self office check. Least impressive Warehouse I've ever been to.

Always been a good sore even tho it’s small always find staff help you maybe under staff a little. Good range of products

Worst The Warehouse in Auckland. Terrible customer service. They dont answer their phone. Orders are not ready, even when they email saying they are.

Was greeted by being looked up and down by one of their staff, massive lines, waited forever at the customer service desk to grab my click and collect order. Need more staff i reckon.

Went here New year's day
The staff were warm and a pleasure to deal with.
It was early in the morning however l want to say thank you to the team.
It's not easy to work on a public holiday, but like the true champions of customer service they truly showed up with the right attitude, brilliant way to start the day.
