62Francisco on shop floor, very helpful, always knows where everything is. I was looking for hiking sticks and he exactly knew where they were. One of the best employees in the store. Warehouse Newmarket is lucky to have him.

Came here as it showed suitcase in stock drove from Albany as they didn't answer thier phone only to find out NO STOCK they don't seem to care about wasting my time
Parking is an issue you can only park for 30 minutes otherwise you have to pay. Not organised as other stores.
This is a great place to use, clean and friendly service, quite helpful and the office offers boxes and moving stuff. I used it for my business for a while and was happy.
Big thanks to Emily at self-checkout! We forgot something at checkout and when we came back a few days later for some more groceries it had been held onto for us. Great service!
I am extremely surprised and delighted at how good of a job Laiba did, she was really helpful as she took time off her break to help me find some items, she definitely deserves to get the employee of month award for all her good deeds, excellent service!
The worst customer service and selection of items. It seems like the store just dumps things in any random order making you walk multiple trips to find anything. After doing 3 rounds of the store I ask for help from workers who look like they'd rather be anywhere else but at the warehouse. Having one person working the customer service desk is a massive flaw, especially given the poor organisation of it's selection of products. You guys need to get a better system going or have availability for other employees to track your inventory to help the paying customers.
When you will sell used or returned product, just tell your customers and don't fool them
I haven't had this inefficient and rude customer service in years! The elderly (possibly an Indian lady, Uma) with a black ink dot between her eyebrows was as harsh as a person could be in a professional capacity tonight. She would have stopped me from getting all those clothes at such a low price if she could. It is clearly stated in clearance clothing that half price on yellow sticker price. She denied changing the price when I requested. She peeled one of the stickers in front of me, said she could not read it and asked me to get another without saying please. She continuously challenged me about the price then I brought the big sign to show her. Finally, after the transaction, she walked away from the counter without folding any of the items I purchased with a sarcastic thank you. She was not rushing to attend to another customer. The store was practically empty at that late hour. Her tone of voice, look and behaviour were so very unwelcoming. She should seek help for bitterness.
Really appreciate the help from the guy at the checkout/returns by the entrance for the confirmation I needed about a shower issue and choosing the right tool. It worked, my mum's shower is fixed and Thank you very much for that as I'm not a tool savvy person
Very poor service. Called to make sure their stock online was correct, specifically asked for her to physically check they have it in stock. She assured they had it. Drove 40minutes there and they didn’t.

Honestly the worst customer service. Asked for a simple task. “please look on your system for stock availability for this item”. Your customer service representative then sent me halfway across Auckland only to be told by this new location’s customer service that the item I was looking for has been completely out of stock nation wide for a few weeks. I feel like my time was wasted and I wasn’t valued as a longtime regular patron.
Not as big or organised as other branches which is a shame, as the location is prime and handy. Parking can be an issue as well
I found this wonderful floral mini-dress with a lovely foliage design pattern. Quite a sexy little number, I can't wait to show it off to all my boyfriend's down at the pig hunters association.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, the kids toy section has more toys compared to the cbd branch. I just wish they can have bigger sized sandwhich bags, I went there look for sandwhich bags today, and they only have small sized ones, I think I might have to buy online to get the big sized ones
Love this place, heaps of parking and you can virtually find most things you need! Staff here are helpful and polite. Cheers on your good service and pricing.

Tonight I went to the warehouse in search of 500 playing cards. I asked a lady who was tidying a nearby baby clothing acro for help searching for a product. This lady clearly had an iPod to help search for items and proceeded to ask me to wait in line at customer service for a simple task. Because customer service was full, I went to the counter at the front. The young girl kept asking me for any other name to search for playing cards, I kept saying “no it’s just playing cards” and continued to repeat myself. I pulled up a photo of the online product. And it was out of stock. (Which was fine, but could’ve been handled in a more proficient way). When I went to return my items to their proper spot, the First Lady was now on her phone standing in the aisles.
Outstanding customer service. I had called ahead of time inquiring about a shelf that the website said they had in stock. Guy was most professional as he checked their stock supplies and rang me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had some available and placed it on hold for me. When arriving, Shivani, at the customer services desk assisted me by promptly processing the transaction as well as collected a trolley and placed it inside for me as she could see I was heavily pregnant. She also arranged that another young man help me load it into my car. I was completely blown away by their thoughtfulness, help and assistance. Thank you for making it such a smooth, easy and pleasant shopping experience.
