Review might improve if they would pick up their phone - I tried calling to see if an item was in stock to save myself a lengthy drive if they didn’t have it, and nobody answered. I called almost 10 minutes after they opened, so not at peak times. Incredibly disappointed.

Stock on Hand isn’t accurate- went to find a item later on finding out that its not available even though on their website/app it shows it is available

Molly who was the manager on nightshift last night is a useless manager and doesn't know how to follow instructions. Whoever gave her that role must of been desperate because my 5 year old daughter could do that job better than her!

I had $900 of Variety vouchers which clearly stated on the letter that I was allowed to combine if I had more than 1 voucher but Noooo stupid molly didn't know how to do it someone needs to replace her for someone who actually knows what they're doing

SERIOUSLY! EMPLOY SOME PEOPLE AND STICK THEM ON YOUR CHECKOUTS, BECAUSE YOU NEVER HAVE ANY! DISGRACEFUL.

Went to get some stuff which wasn’t available on there aisle. Have asked the customer service she said they got one piece in store. Asked her already looked in the aisle but couldn’t find it if she can looked in their stock. There were only two customer, was waiting before me, she said she is busy serving these customers, didn’t asked me to come back later (staff member Krishna). Came back after 5 to 10 minute and got served by security guard, she said she can asked staff to look for us as they got one piece in stock. Krishna came back saw us standing there and waiting, I don’t what she said to security guard, then we have been told they haven’t got anything in stock. I don’t even know if you can’t help your customers, why do you even work at customer service site.

I wish they have Pokémon cards on the floor not in the customer service area. Also would be nice to have more pops as well.

I managed to get some cheap Starbucks pods yesterday for $5 each

I wouldn't shop here and don't know many who choose this store as a first choice of purchasing goods. It is always clean, well lit and very busy but there isn't much stock at this store and it seems like shoppers are just window shopping. It is on one end of Sylvia so it might just be the end of the stop for shoppers. Might be a good place to get a charger and other electronics if urgent or food but not much else.

For the sake of your staff do better with the cooling of your store. Staff dripping in sweat is not ok. They deserve better. Fans and aircon on.

I forgot my shirt in fitting room and when i came back for it, it was in the dustbin. One word, LOST AND FOUND. Its disgusting.

Nice clean place. A huge selection of merchandise.
Good prices and some bargains if your looking.
The have a good warranty and return policy.

Probably wont come back cause the man at the front with the furry tail haircut is very scary looking. I fel like he wants to beat everyone up. He smiles and is very friendly but hes still a scary guy.

Highly do not recommend coming here! It may be “the Warehouse extra” but has no staff on the floor! Perhaps maybe “the extra staff house” would be better as a name, ended up walking out with nothing thankfully

Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

Absolutely love coming here. Can get a wide range of things at an affordable price. Milo and nutella are cheaper to get here as well as washing powder and school uniforms. They use Zip here as well.

Did a click and collect order online for convenience and they only gave me half my order. Didn't know till I got home so now I have to return. Terrible customer service from the guy with glasses on the service counter too.

I spent hours on the phone over 2 days trying to get through to this warehouse to put aside an outfit for my daughter i wanted to exchange and after 2 days when i could eventually get into the store with my 2 babies the outfit was sold out.

Thank you for the excellent customer service at the jewellery counter, Teresa really knew her stuff.
She was very friendly and helpful.
If your looking for jewellery, go and speak with her.

Have the warehouse stores in Sylvia Park and Botany closed down?
I have been trying to call them for information on the stock of an item for 3 days and no reply from either. Or could you just have a fault with your phone line? Very frustrating not good service. Only gave one star because their is no provision for a minus
