What used to be a friendly atmosphere with staff that would Remer you and a friendly smile has turned into a clinical area with burgers that are NO WHERE NEAR WHAT THEY USED TO BE a food truck that is resting on its laureates and a bygone past with standards dropped due to inferior staff

White Lady is something that every Aucklander knows. Founded in 1948, this long-established burger shop is open until 4 a.m. On weekdays and 24 hours on weekends. When I was younger, this was the only place I went to at night, so I always ended up eating a steak burger after drinking. It's a large bun with fried onions, thick steak, and lettuce, seasoned simply with ketchup, but it's a delicious ending. Even after 30 years, it still tastes the same and I had a smile on my face when I ate it for the first time in a while.

Terrible customer service at Armageddon on 21/10/23. The older white lady at the cashier was incredibly rude, entitled and unpleasant. I was putting my jumper on while looking at the menu and standing far from the counter. The woman then called out to us “Are you guys going to come up and order or just stand there? ” It was as though we were inconveniencing her and wasting her time by deciding what to order. When another customer approached the counter we heard the same staff member bad mouthing us by saying to the customer “At least you walked up while those other people were just standing around. ” Her awful attitude has put me off ever returning to this place. This is not a one off issue as this woman was also rude the last time I was here. Don’t work in a customer facing role if you can’t even interact with other people in a polite manner.

I’m from Singapore, and going to this food truck brings back so much memories, I came here exactly 10 years ago when I first came to Auckland, and this food truck was here all this while even after covid, burger is great and haven’t drop any standard, but it did moved to a different location though, more quiet and lighted ambiance, I love it, anyone who haven’t tried it yet, please do you won’t regret it

Had the cheeseburger and fries. These were nothing above average, and while the burger was well assembled and fresh, the meat patty seemed a poor quality of beef. The whole thing lacked the juicy oomph and burst of flavours that emerge from an apex burger. The cheese was so scarce that its taste was hidden, and as far as condiments go, maybe it had a small smattering. There's no doubt the food truck is legendary, but I can't say the same about the cheeseburger I had.

Well at 2am in the morning its the best! But honestly good food, good price, no wonder it's been here long time

I always go there for the hot dog and chips and they never disappoint, so simple yet so delicious! Always good to pop by to grab and go

Great hamburgers, steak burgers, chicken burgers, fries and shakes and it's open 24/7 on weekends. Service is quick and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Loved it

Hawaiian burger, Chicken burger, American hotdog, fries and milkshake were all super satisfying and tasty! Very generous sizing and great value. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again. The service was great too, thank you!

Open late night this burger joint had everything I wanted and more In my drunken pursuit for sustenance.

I had the chicken burger and their biggest burger plus chips with a help yourself aioli it was truy the definition of euphoria.

I would give a 4 star. I ordered a chicken cheese burger. Service was very good. The burger was ok. It had very less sauce but you can add it later if you want.

The Burger that I ate, had the worst steak they could ever cook. After that, I waited 45min to receive my chips. Even after so many complaints.

There food is delicious and still is from when i was little highly recommend i would take my family there again and again
