Had electrical issues with our POE, we were extremely lucky to get Jamie at the time, he responded to our call super fast, and managed to complete the job in a timely manner. The team turned up on time, sent me a detailed report (with pictures) and serviced my HRV and two heat pumps efficiently and even got a complementary expelair clean! Well worth the bill and will be booking for next year as have found our older units are working real well now!

ThermalVolt carried out maintenance on one of our heat pumps and replaced the other. Jamie was really excellent. Great advice on replacement model. Communication was superb and I always knew exactly what was going on. They arrived on time to carry out the work. Both were very professional and friendly, very considerate of our home. The install was done to a very high professional standard. The new heat pump is great - just in time for a really hot day. Everything left clean and tidy.

Awesome service, highly recommend Thermalvolt to anyone needing an electrician. Jamie did multiple jobs for us including upgrading our switchboard, replaced light switches and power points, installed down lights and ducting for our rangehood.
