Our heat pump broke down and we were given the Thermotec phone number by Panasonic. We were assigned Kearon who went over and above to find out what was wrong with the unit and had the coil replaced. I would fully recommend Kearon and the team at Thermotec for all your air conditioning needs.

We have needed help from Thermo Tech twice in the past few months. They are dealing with Covid disruption like everyone else, but really tried hard to solve our issues. Ask for Nigel Dunne and you will not be disappointed.

Awesome job by Nigel and the team. Plenty of delays which weren’t their fault and they worked around our changing schedule perfectly. Ducted system is whisper quiet and very tidily installed. Can’t say enough about the great service and communication. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Nigel Dunne did a fantastic installation of a Panasonic floor console heat pump into a rental apartment. It was a.tricky job, however Nigel managed to install the unit very neatly. The installation was on time and room left clean and tidy. Highly recommended installer of heat pumps. We and our tenants are thrilled with the new heat pump. Thanks Nigel!

Omar has done a very good job repairing a foreign vending machine. This job was complex but Omar stayed on the job all day to make sure the repairs would be perfect. It's not often I came across such dedication and competency. I would highly recommend this company. Nice to deal with too A+

Just want to say a big thanks you to Omar and the team with a Great service, they make everything stress free. Especially at this time of the year when everyone is very busy. During Alert Level 4 Lockdown when the hot water and heat quit just before the weekend, Richard at Thermo Tech was brilliant. Using his extensive knowledge of the products, he was able to pinpoint the problem and arrange for the required parts. Highly recommend.

This company is awesome, we needed their help to reset the temperature on our walk in freezer at home, as our contractor was away on holiday overseas, we were desperate as we had a lot of goods in the freezer. It was after hours and it was a Saturday, they guided me remotely to rectify the problem, they saved me money, did not have to pay them for their time. We run a cafe in Mt Albert. I called them on late afternoon Thursday 21 Feb 2019 requesting an urgent help with a refrigerated food cabinet which was not keeping consistent temperature. Needed replacement unit at office. Previous company quoted high for replacing board in old unit so I thought it best to upgrade.
Friend recommended Bob and Thermo Tech. Came around, advised us to get a larger 7Kw unit (fan runs slower, more efficiently and quieter so will last longer). One of his team did the install - nice guy, efficient, on time and cleaned up/took away old heavy unit (after asking me if I wanted it!).
