Three Kings Accident and Medical Clinic

Great doctors (have seen different doctors for myself and kids), handy to have pharmacy next door, and better receptionist experience than when I visited a year ago.

The doctors are all lovely and so are most of the staff, but Nirbha the receptionist is so incredibly rude. Her manner towards patients and her colleagues is atrocious really creates a bad vibe. Learn some manners and how to speak to people politely if you’re going to work in customer service. The way she was talking to her colleague was not acceptable at all.

I have two stories from this past year that I would like to share.

At the end of April this year, I came into Three Kings Medical because I had come off my moped in the traffic and broken my arm. The care I received I could not fault! I was looked after by the Charge Nurse Amanda, and another nurse Rebecca and the care they took to cast my arm was amazing! They were extremely professional, and explained to me the procedure they were going to do, and what I needed to do over the coming weeks and answered all my questions in my slightly delirious state. I was so impressed with them! Nothing was too much trouble!

Then, at the start of November I came in for a ruptured achilles from playing soccer, and was seen by Dr Rakesh Premkumar and a nurse named Elly. Same experience. Dr Rakesh explained my injury to me, answering all my questions and referring me to a specialist that I was going to need. Same with Elly- fitting me for my boot, answering more of my questions and making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Both were amazing, and extremely professional! Thank you! 
 My GP at TKM is Dr. Kate Harrison, and cant recommend her enough! Another amazing professional in the field, who is patient, kind and takes a lot of care!

If I am honest, earlier in the year I did really struggle with the reception team. Managing the appointments, and lacking in good communication. When I came back in November though, everything had changed and it was a really good experience!

So a great big thank you to ALL OF YOU who are apart of the team at TKM. Thank you for all the work you do in our community, looking after us! I imagine you don’t get anywhere near the recognition you all deserve!

Great place and people! 2 times I have been here it has been amazing! The staff are amazing and gsd in a mind boggling time!

Dr Rakesh is the most wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful Dr in town, give full attention to each person, understand there needs and value there reasons and go out of his way to help and serve people, he is the best, god always bless you with good health, wealth and success

My experience there was really good. Have been turned away by Local doctors Richardson Road at 6pm, I was hopeless when I came here. But to my surprise I was treated well by the receptionist and Dr. Janine is wonderful and helpful.

My husband has had the best treatment here at Three Kings A&E for a nasty gash on his shin. The wound care has been exceptional
The Nurses are worth gold & both doctors also very onto it. So grateful for them Joan P

I'm surprised that the people's gave such a negative ratings and feedback below. I was so happy seeing all the nurses and the front desk staff being so polite and look after you and deeply care for you.

Specially Janice (nurse) who tweek the treatment a little bit for my quick recovery based on her 35+years of experience and she being very helpful, I don't know weather I spelled it correctly but she was the most experiencedone. On top it Rebecca, Helen and Alice was also very supportive and helpful during my treatment.

Even my wife is also a medical receptionist and she always says that patients mostly being grumpy and rude to the front desk and always leave with the smile after seeing the doctor which clearly shows the graph like 1 star reception and 5 stars to the doctor.
But I rate 5 stars to the reception too.

Undoubtedly this is the best health practice in Auckland.

I wanted to give 1 star but couldn’t as we are all going through difficult times and changes but I Can never get hold of the reception, I was hung up on like 10 times and never got a call back! If you guys can’t manage customers maybe don’t take too much patients! Very disappointed!

Very good doctors here! But I don't know what is wrong with reception. Why they are so angry all the time?

I have been going to Three Kings Accident and Medical as my GP for a few years now. I have seen different nurses and doctors and all have been very professional, helpful and kind. I have recently been seen by Dr Christopher Pang who has always made me feel safe and comfortable in my visits, taking the time to understand my situation and being very thorough in follow ups. Other members of my family go here and have all had positive experiences with doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Thanks for nurse Mia and doctor kate's patient and kind service. Mia is very gentle and polite all the time.

I had an appointment with the lovely nurse Rubina today. She was very informative, cheerful and professional. The clinic seems very busy, and I am happy to see that the service still appears to be so thorough.

Respectable practice with really helpful staff members… have been registered with them for more than four years and can vouch for them being absolutely reliable and friendly…sometimes long waits if you walk-in but can arrange appointments to avoid that, god bless them!

The staff that were in yesterday were awesome. It’s nice to see new friendly receptionists at the front desk now. Nurse Ellie and Amanda and Dr Ishaan were great!

To be frankly, I don't want to give 5 stars - the more stars I give, the more people might come here, and next time I will have to wait for more time to see my doc.

But mom taught me to be honest, so. 5 stars. The best medical service I can ever have.p. S. Due to covid19 we have to wait on our car til we can see doc, but summer time is coming and there is no shade in car park. Exposing directly under hot sun might lead to heat-stroke. If your receptionists can remind clients to be careful that would be even better.

I have seen two doctors at three kings medical and found them both to be caring and empathetic, I have just rung and made an appointment, no problems.

Partner and I went for the Covid vaccine today and had great experience with Tabitha, our nurse.

Great centre always a Dr or nurse available to see you. Sometimes a short wait.
Great centre.
Highly recommend.
