Jonathan installed an insinkerator for my kitchen and also did some other plumbing work for our sink drainage. He did an outstanding job, he was so lovely and respectful and most importantly his price was very competitive. He was a perfectionist and made sure everything works perfectly. Rude, unreliable, not on time and seemingly totally incompetent. Had more important stuff to do clearly and seemed a bit lost. Waste of my time and money and I drove from other side of town at his useless incidence.

Best service I've ever had from a plumber. John came to repair an unknown issue with our toilet, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He then went on to fix another issue we have had since we bought the house 5 years ago. Such a great service - highly recommended!

Bathroom Leak: The most recent job we used Thunder Plumbing was to fix a bathroom leak causing water to drip under the house. We panicked thinking it was going to be a big job! John ensured he had covered all the possible causes that could have caused the leak and quickly came to the diagnosis that the dysfunctional valve in flush tank was causing the drip and fixed the problem in no time with absolute professionalism.
