TianFu Noodles

Been coming here for the last year on and off and it's always good! Basic but authentic feel. The Dan Dan noodles, Dumplings, and Pork and Chive noodles are all great with epic Sichuan flavour. Medium and mild will probably blow your face off unless you really like hot spice. 'Tiny' if you are a normal person. If you don't like spicey food don't even try it lol. I like hot food and sipping the 'medium' broth on the Dan Dan noodles starts to invoke a sensation of sweaty vertigo. 'Hot' must be akin to drinking lava but have never tried. From some comments it sounds like it's blown up on social media so expectations may be fairly hyped and OTT. From my experience it's always been very good and would recommend to anyone, but keep expectations in check lol it's just food (albeit very good)

I've eaten here and had takeaways from here many times over the part few years. Highly recommend the Noodle Soup with Spicy Beef (shaved noodles), Dumplings in Spicy Sauce, and the Cucumber Salad. Good level of spice. Great service. Perfect location. Many family and friends have also enjoyed Tian Fu. Recently moved overseas but will definitely visit every time I'm in Auckland. Food is a great price, especially the loyalty card to buy ten get one free. The spicy is spicy and overall tasty food. Basic table and chairs and a bathroom for diners inside but it's all you need

Really tasty noodles and dumplings! My husband loves spicy food - he asked for hot and got hot! Great broth in the dumplings. Service was great as we were having issues with our international card and they still served us even though we didn't pay up front. Wish we were here longer!

My favourite noodle restaurant in Auckland! I've been eaten here every week almost in my last 5 month. The Dan Dan Noodle are awesome, as are the pork dumplings too. I hate the spicy, but without they are really good.

Delicious food with generous portions for a decent price of $31! We had two medium sized bowls of noodles: braised beef shaved noodles and spicy pig intestines shaved noodles. Medium spice level was super spicy even for someone that can handle spice. ️ Highly recommend if you are after authentic hand made Chinese noodles in Auckland!

My daughter and I go there often, we love the food and staff. Our favorite is the noodle with spicy slow cooked beef and the spicy dumplings. Parking is difficult, we park on nearby streets and walk there.

Best noodles and spicy dumplings I have had. Great service as well. Only downside is limited seating so you may have to wait a while during peak period. Definitely worth the wait though.

Had the spicy sauce dumplings, cucumber in spicy sauce and shredded chicken.was so delicious! Staff were really friendly. We will be back!

My partner and I ordered from this place tonight and actually couldn't be more disappointed. All dishes were bland and lacking in any kind of good taste and flavour. My partners noodles came packed incredibly cold, with mine being luke warm. The actual noodle that they chose to go with both the dishes did not soak in any flavour and were in fact just cheap not very nice noodles in the first place, which meant that even when it had soaked in the broth for a while, I did didn't get any of the flavours that actually complimented each other and more just seperate features of the same dish. The slobbery chicken was maybe 80% bone, the bones were incredibly small at times and the chicken was bland and not tasty. The dumplings in spicy sauce not only lacked flavour on the inside but actually the sauce just felt like a brought sauce from the supermarket that they smothered over it. The dumplings in spicy sauce was my favourite in the end, but unfortunately that doesn't say much.

Love the noodles and wanton. Love the way they put the cutlery in a closed cupboard. They cleared the table very quick, so it could be a small wait if it is peak hour

Really good variety of Chinese dishes. Enjoyed the noodles and dumpling. But personally the Sichuan peppercorns aren't for me but a nice experience nonetheless.

I’ve been to this place many times and I always enjoy the food. Authentic dishes with pleasant sichuan spicy kick to it. All dishes are cheap. Personal favourite is the dumplings in chilli sauce. All noodles are tasty too.

It’s probably one of the most affordable noodle house in Auckland. $13 for medium bowl and 15 for large. Not that many places in Auckland where you can get lunch for $13. Taste, great. I’m mostly impressed by their toppings. Soup, slightly too much Sichuan pepper for my liking but still good (I guess this is subjective). Noodles are great, I recommend shaved noodles which is additional $1. As for spice level, it’s set for asian standards, if you want hot, order mild, and if you wanna be adventurous, go hot. Anyhow, c’mon, $13 for lunch, you can’t beat that.

Elite noodle hotspot, I absolutely love the PorkMince and chives noodles hot. I used to eat it weekly before moving to Melbourne, have yet to meet its match. Their veg/vegan dumplings in sweet spicy sauce is so good, I wish I can have it daily. I love this spot with all my heart. I miss it a lot, next time I'm in AKL i will come see you again.
