Tessa was amazing, she zeroed in on me right after I walked in and promptly proceeded to answer all of my questions and help me pick out everything I needed for my job. The customer service was A1 super efficient and helpful.

Visited them to get tiles for bathroom and laundry renovation. Staff were so helpful and nothing was a bother. I was even given a discount on an end-of-line tile purchase, because I bought all they had. Sometimes they put odds and ends of tiles on a pallet by front gate for anyone to help themselves.

I had an old tile cutter that just wasn't cutting it any more (pun intended). I went to a major hardware store and bought their best one which required minimal assembly. However, once assembled I could see there was about 5 to 8mm play in the cutting wheel assembly. I returned it immediately. Then i remembered the Tile Depot and shot over to Rosebank Rd. They had the perfect model in stock which had no play and was built to last and do a professional job. It also needed minimal assembly and came with a sturdy, hard plastic carry case, tools and spare cutter.
On agreeing to purchase, the lady entered our details into the system to see we had previously bought some tiles. She then sold the cutter to us at trade price, to our surprise.
I always find TD, Rosebank Rd, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

I have no hesitation in recommending TESSA from the Avondale store. She certainly has lots of knowledge about all thing Tiles and related products. We were not happy with how the tiler left them, unclean. Spoke with Tessa she offered options that we could use to clean them. Followed up to see how the tiles now look, clean. Tile Depot you have a customer service STAR with TESS.

Great range of Tiles on display. As well as displayed options through the warehouse of current trends. Competitive prices vs other tile shops. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Was helped by Tom and I would 100% recommend coming here, I was treated like I was spending thousands not just $100 which is awesome cause I know where I will be coming back and who I will recommend to others. He sold me and cut all 9 of my tiles which must be a pain a small order like this, but I am very appreciative of this, thanks so much for the top service!

Great tile store in the West. Easy access off the motorway and there's always parking. The store has a massive variety of tiles in all manner of sizes to suit any job. I love the discount section at the back, I managed to find some beautiful wall tiles at an absolute bargain.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, Kennedy and Kale are true professionals and know their stuff, plus their super friendly)

Depsite what chocka films has mentioned (they seem to give single stars to just about every business they deal with - are they ever happy at all?), this place has great staff, good range. Everything a Tiler or a DIYer can want

So I spend $500 on tiles and customer service was great, however when I return to get them cut its a MUCH different story Im the only one in the shop and they ignore me, surfing youtube? Have they all been laid off? Not sure but they all have frowns. I give my marked up tiles for cutting and 90% come back chipped or broken, the reason? "the blades nearly had it" totally disgusted I go to Bunnings and buy a $16 diamond blade for my grinder and cut the rest my self.no chips and no broken tiles. The old saying is true, if you want a job done properly do it yourself. Tile Depot Avondale ->Incompetent<-

Theres also a big selection of bathroom fittings even toilets and baths on top of all the latest designs in tiles.

Some of their clearance tiles go for prices unbeaten by others.

Staff are friendly and always happy to help plus theres a great coffee machine and public bathroom on site.
