Friendly staff - helped me with my long shopping list, very patient because at times I was overwhelmed with all the awesome options but I was given time and space to decide. Staff very knowledgeable with advice and not pushy or impatient but served with kindness. Made the experience simple and put me at ease! Thanks team you made a difference to my day! Highly recommend!

Staff not helpful at all. Store entrance very dirty and unappealing liter laying around all over not a nice experience would be embarrassing for me to take family members there. Looks like there is no pride as a store should be clean on the inside and out.

I wanted to thank the staff at The Tile Depot Manukau for their brilliant service and help. I needed to source a deleted tile - they went above and beyond in contacting all their branches to source this for me and by so doing saving me from completely having to retile a large area. I recently had to re-tile my bathroom & with no idea of where to start, had a friend recommend the Tile Depot in Manukau.
Such a big range to choose from, but the team there helped me narrow it down. One of the tiles I wanted was not in stock, but due in within time of me needing them. Mark helped keep me updated on arrival times etc.didn’t have to wait too long & now super happy with my choices & service received. Thanks Tile Depot, will definitely be recommending you!

We've been through an absolute ordeal with The Tile Depot. After waiting an agonising three months for our prepaid tiles, they had the audacity to deliver tiles in the wrong colour. Although we exercised incredible patience, deciding to opt for another set that was on sale, the real disappointment was yet to come.

When we finally got around to having the tiles installed, we discovered we were a couple of boxes short. Given our previous experience, you'd think they'd honour the sale price that had ended just two days prior, as a courtesy for all the inconvenience we'd faced. But no, Mark, the manager, was utterly unyielding. He actually had the nerve to say it was our fault for not ordering enough at the sale price and questioned why the shortfall should cost them more.

The Tile Depot might offer a decent selection of tiles, but they are sorely lacking in customer service skills. They really need to step up their game if they want to retain loyal customers.

Extremely helpful staff. Got some great tiles at a good price. They will often have clearance tiles at good prices.

We purchased our tiles from here to do our bathroom and we couldn't be happier, lovely ladies to deal with, excellent service

Great service with great advise. They even let you take tiles home for a stress free choice on tiles.

The staff here are very helpful and knowledgable about tile products. Teina gave great advice on how to make the tiles work together and my bathroom now looks a million dollars. Thanks Teina.

Service excellent. The lady who seved me obviously has alot of experience and was most helpful with selecting type of tiles and colors. Will definitely come back but only because of her.

Didn't have the tiles that we wanted but could get them in in a couple of days. Happy to break 30 pack to sell us just 12. Stocked all the other bits and bobs like adhesive, edging and grout. Laconic Aussie sales person.

We walked in off the street to just have a nosey and Matty started chatting to us - long story short, walked out with samples and all the information we needed, we phoned back that afternoon to order and BOOM all done! Thanks for your help Matty we will be back in the future!

My experience started off well. But ended in a bad experience. Ordered my tiles, picked up tiles checked boxes name of tile right but didn't open. Our tiler put up tiles, I saw them on wall.they were not the tiles I had ordered. Went back to pickup depot and was laughed at. I had been given old stock and the new stock that I had ordered was different but named the same. I am stuck with old stock on my walls in my band new house. Same colour different pattern.

Let us have tiles without a deposit. Service fell short when they couldn't supply us the tile we wanted and we sourced same tile from Mount Wellington store who provided exceptional service.

Consumer Trusted Certified! I've been to most Tile retailers in Auckland, looking at different products and price and none comes close to Tile Depot Manukau for customer service, knowledge and fair pricing. The most helpful and humorous team in the business. My first port of call for my tiling projects.

Been coming here for years, not the most well presented shop, the range can be limited, but good stocks of all the accessories. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable.
