Tile Space Botany

Florence has been an absolute superstar, helping us realise our bathroom goals. She has a great eye for detail and made our tile shopping experience a quick and painless process. This is the third time we have used botany tile space and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Popped into tile space for the first time to get some tiles from the ET branch, found the staff there to be very helpful, picked out a range of 3 x tiles.paid for them and collected the next day from their collection depot, Decided overnight to change to 2 x tiles when i got to the depot, Called up the ET branch and made the change over the phone with no hassle or fuss from their end which was great as i know that is a real pain etc. Defiantly my go to now for future tiles.

Phil has been extremely slow processing a refund for me, in fact its been over 2 weeks since tiles were collected and I still dont have any refund. He has ignored my calls and emails, he even told me TO SHOP ELSEWHERE how extremely rude. I have been a Tile Space customer for many years and have received excellent service in ALL other stores except the Botany store. Very disappointing performance. Has wasted my time and energy.
