Popped into Tile Space to get a quote and came across Carly. Her customer service was fantastic. She happily worked out how much we needed. Listened to what we were looking for and gave us great advice. She organized 2 samples for us to take home. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend Tile Space.

Really pleased with the service/assistance I received from Tile Space Ellerslie and Carly Pennell in particular. Very helpful in guiding me through the selection process and they were happy to hold the tiles for me while waiting for the restoration of my home to take place following the floods. Delighted that they are actually starting to be laid now some 3 months later. Would happily recommend them to others for the selection of tiles and the service I received.

Went to Tile Space and found Lizma. Great to deal with. Very helpful professional and knowledgable about all the tiles I enquired about. Nothing was a problem for her. Would highly recommend Tile Space for a great selection of Tiles and ask for Lizma.

I am so glad I came to this store, had amazing service and was given the right advice, as to what type of tile I should be using for the floor in both my bathroom and laundry, as I didnt know and was picking tiles suited for the walls and not the floor, which would have caused a nasty accident as soon as it got wet.

Want to give a special thanks to both Chloe and Chris Jennings for going the extra mile on an issue I came across and they helped me to fix it.

My bathroom and laundry looks amazing and I feel Super Fancy whenever I go into these 2 areas, your tiles came out much better than I could ever have imagined.

Bought a couple of lots of tiles from Tile Space Ellerslie and was really thrilled each time with the personal service and accommodating staff. We have now used Marua Rd Tile Space for the second time and both times have enjoyed the well laid out show room, easy parking and last but not least, outstanding customer service.
On the day we recently visited we were assisted by Hayley whose expertise, helpfulness and bright and bubbly personality made the whole experience in choosing the right tiles for our renovation very enjoyable. When you are going through a stressful reno' on Waiheke Island and are bound by time constraints, there is nothing nicer than having a sales person who goes the extra mile to help you make the right decision.

My wife and I informed tile space that we were in the middle of having our kitchen and lounge area re done and loved the tiles we were showen by tile space 3 weeks ago. Once agreeing on a certain tile, we arranged to have that delivered last Tuesday as it worked in with our gibstoppers and electrician etc. We had a phone call on Tuesday saying our tiles couldn't be delivered as they were all broken.we had to have an alternative tile chosen which was supposed to be delivered the following morning, it is now THURSDAY and we have heard nothing.this company is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Tile Space Ellerslie employ the best staff around. I was served by the lovely Crystal who gave outstanding customer service.assisting me with great design advice she is a real asset to have when making decisions and reassuring me I had made good selections! I was very happy with prices and tiles were to die for I highly recommend to all.and they're the busiest which shows they know their TILES!
