They don't answer the phone. When you show up theres a sign saying be back in half an hour. When you finally do get in they don't have the stock that their website says they have.

Tile trends have some really beautiful tiles and carries a wide range of products. The staff (Leo) was very helpful. Leo was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to give us some great advice on what tiles and grout colour to use for my kitchen renovation (splashback) and we are very happy with the result. Leo also helped me to find the right tile to match my existing floor tile (which needed some patching and fixing) and he kindly gave me a couple of samples as the tile was out of stock (and has two months lead-time) so that I can get the project finish on time. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the excellent service extended by Tile Trends. Lakshay was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. I thought I was just buying tiles, but over the weeks I needed grout, adhesive, metal strips and all kinds of things. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always cheerful. He travelled a long way to come and measure up our kitchen to help choose the correct amount of tiles, and I just wanted to thank him for his all his assistance and advice. Highly recommend!

We recently ordered some Winkleman tiles through Tile Trends in East Tamaki. The staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful and provided great assistance with all our queries. They managed our order through the lockdown and ensured that we did not experience any inconvenience or disruption. Very good people and very good service!

In my research for ideas on creating a feature wall in our lounge, I was lucky enough to call Tile Trends outlet in East Tamaki. The sales person suggested a natural stone tile in the colour we were looking for and explained how I could complete the work myself which I did with no problem.
