Just had these peeps help sort out my bathroom. Amazing guys, they have good ratings for a reason. Best in Pukekohe by far, excellent service and excellent work done on the bathroom. Everyone i have spoken to have said really good things about them. Price was very very reasonable for the amount of work done and done quickly. Excellent business and workers. Will use again.

When our gas hot water system failed Tilyards sent Kane out that afternoon to replace it, awesome service as always!

Found poor workmanship in fixing the toilet leak problem. The guy who visited the site couldn't remove the leakage issue completely and left it as such. A dropwise leakage still persists.

The brilliant customer service started from the first phone call to Tilyard Plumbing. I could not believe how easy it was to get a plumber onto the job on a day and time that was convenient to me. Nic gave me the opportunity to explain what I was requiring. I was so impressed with the advice given to me by plumber Chris on the main job (temporary removal of toilet to get floor laminated done) that I rang Nic to add other jobs as well. In the meantime I had to get someone to look at plasterboard and was worried that there would be delays in getting toilet put back. Once again no problems with Tilyard Plumbing - I was told to call back when I was ready and once again could not believe how easy it was to get Chris back - on the same day after gib team left. Such customer service and professionalism needs to be acknowledged. Chris turned up promptly and completed all jobs. This business models family values of looking out for customers. Will certainly use Tilyard Plumbing as I am sure with a house over 50 years old, there will be more leaks and dated faucet! Thank you Team Tilyard.
