3An absolutely outstanding experience. The room itself is amazing and the staff so friendly and welcoming. The event organiser Rochelle was efficient and helpful. We could not have had a better evening. I highly recommend this venue for a private function.
The drinks were fabulous, the service far from adequate. We were a group of 10 people all aged between 45 and 55, well dressed and ready to spend. We were made to feel so unwelcome from the moment we walked in the door. In an industry where service is king, this place has a lot to learn. Apart from our group, there was another small group of 4 or 5. No wonder no one goes there!
Just try one of Jasmine's Port Royal Haze cocktails and you'll see why the only review is five stars. Well ok, that and the friendly crew, nice setting and tasty snacks. But. PRH!
