Tony's Tyre Service - Henderson

Professional, friendly service and really helpful. I loved that my car was done so quickly and ready for me in the same day. They also gave me a courtesy car to use which was awesome. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the fast service and quality of experience. 3 New tyres were required for WOF good price and wheel balancing made a big difference the the driving experience. Well recommended.

Henderson Tony's tyres fitted my right back wheel wrong and so l had to come back to reduce plus they pumped my tyres at wrong pressure point for the nitrate l purchased. It cost me a revisit for my wof and tyre to be refitted.

Usually they're fine but this time the service wasn't up to par.

I went to get my WOF done at Tony's Tyres Henderson today 6th June 2023 at 3pm and was disappointed with the experience. The WOF inspector was very picky and failed my car for a very minor thing that could have been easily passed if they had been listed as recommendations. I suggested this to the inspector and to the manager, Gaurav, but they were both adamant that the car had to fail.

I was very frustrated by this, so I took my car to VTNZ straight away at 4: 15 pm and they passed it without any issues. I went back to Tony's Tyres Henderson at 5: 03 pm to show them the evidence of the passed WOF and to discuss the issue with Gaurav. He understood my frustration, but he said that he couldn't overwrite the WOF inspector's decision. I asked for the refund, which He agreed to.

I would advise others to be aware of this experience before taking their car to Tony's Tyres Henderson for a WOF. The inspector there is very picky and try his best to fail your car for a minor unnecessary thing that could be easily passed and added to remomandation section for the car owner's attention. If you do have a problem, the manager, Gaurav and other staff are understanding but they can't do anything to overturn the inspector's decision.

Can surely say hands down the best customer service I have come across so far. I highly recommend Amit to anyone who is looking for genuine advice and high end service, best thing about his customer service is that unlike other places he doesn’t try to rip you off but instead gives you reasonable quote. Today I went there with my partner for a puncher fix without any appointment, despite of being busy he made sure that the job was done quickly and efficiently. Will surely be coming back for future fixtures.

I went to your shop yesterday to make warrant he aske me to leave my car at 12 pm they're aske me to back at 4 pm when I back to take my car he told me your warrant be filed and they are me to pay extra then they can cive me fake warrant when I don't expect and aske him to but back my Tyr he been violent when I was about to call police then he scared and but back my Tyre withe no charge I was out off the shop then I found they was give me not same Tyr give very old flat Tyr unsafe for my car very bad service very expensive

Needed tyre puncture repair service for my Toyota Vitz. Been a customer for Tony Tyres for 4 years but with the new Costco opened here in west Auckland, was in a dilemma to make a choice between the two. Just dropped in at Tony Tyres and was greeted by Gaurav. Glad I choose Tony Tyres, they were welcoming and promptly got into action, less than an hour repairs and fitting all done! Thanks Gaurav, appreciate your efficient and gracious customer service.

I normally come here but this morning came in to get a new tyre, the staff looked up the pricing of tyre which I bought from them 4 months ago roughly around 240$ this morning he said 480$, I asked him why the price gone up, his response was because of rain there is huge demand for tyres then I left went around the Lincoln road and got my tyre fixed for under my budget please don't use these people they are rip off

Had a tyre puncture today while at westgate, I phoned Tony's tyre service Henderson and asked how much to repair and put tyre back on my car, I was quoted over the phone $45 (fairly standard rate) which I was happy to pay.after the guys finished my with car I was told there would be no charge! I was blown away! I almost cried. Thank you so much for your great service.

Took my car to Henderson to get a wheel alignment and rotation. Found the staff really helpful and honest. Tyre alignment and rotation done without problems or extra costs.

The actual tyre replacements I asked for were fine, just found the sales pitch and customer service a bit pushy and rude. The guy tried selling extra services even after I told him a few times I didn’t want them. Really trying to make me feel like I was missing out on the best offer in the world. Even saying ‘whatever’ when I said no- what kind of sales technique is that? Not very impressed and probably won’t come back.

Was served by Lovy, the Manager. Great service. No sales pressure and was always kept informed about the job progress. Felt confident that I am in good hands. Keep up the great service
