The guys were polite, well humoured and worked through the multiple issues with my vehicle with skill, job well done!

Very unhappy, just want to change all 4 tyres but turns out to pay an extra $870 for servicing the car. At first, they found a stripped thread screw. I agreed to change the screw at less than $100. Surprisingly, the screw got stuck when they knocked it out. So they suggested to change the hub ($$), but auto parts store are closed at that time. That means the car had to leave in the tyre shop overnight and I had to find another way to go home. The situation was getting worse on the following day. Astonishingly, I was told the hub cannot be taken out and the drive shaft ($$$) had to be replaced. In order to stop the rising bill, I told them not to do anymore if they cannot fix it. Finally, they managed to fix it with second handed shaft & hub, wheel alignment due to these changes. But all these were not I asked for at the very beginning. I would say it is a tyre shop, don't expect they can do things other than changing tyres.

Went in to get my car checked after getting weird noises from the engine - Wayne quickly identified the issue (my break pads: () and sorted out the problem so swiftly.
Completely stress free, efficient, quick and cheap prices compared to other car services Ive been to.

Today I had an opportunity to experience perhaps one of the best in person customer service I have ever had.

I was helped by two great professionals at their craft, Uday and Jaydutt at the Tony's Tyre Service in Glenfield.

Getting a flat tyre is perhaps one of the most bumming experience, however the guys at TTS Glenflied made it a breeze.

Also a Special shout out to Justin on the Live Chats, he was a superstar with his price match!

There are area's Tony can improve, trying to get through to them over the phone was difficult, also the operator lacked basic knowledge about things Tony's can and cant do.

Arrived without a booking for a flat, and drove away with two new tyres 20mins later. Super helpful guys at the shop and reasonable prices!

Not too impressed actually. Went there to get new back tyres, and got a wheel alignment offered for $79.00 which I then wanted to get done a couple of weeks later. At that wheel alignment appointment they suddenly said that they can't do the wheel alignment because apparently both front rod ends and rack ends are loose and they need replacing and it's not safe to drive my car. Price $840.00. They also said my front tyres are low but I only just changed these (about a year ago and drove very little kms). I found this suspicious seeing that just a week before I actually got a WOF done and didn't get failed on any of the things they brought up. Have now brought it to a mechanic to double check that and they said one rack end is a tiny bit loose so I decided to change both of them - $360.00. Nothing wrong with the rod ends - they're perfect. Also to note that when I got my back tyres replaced, they called me and asked me to come back because they forgot to put some screws back in (or plates between screws.something like that). I had to drive back and they had to take the wheels off again and put back together correctly. I will not come back.

Came here just to fit the tire today, and was unpleasantly surprised with the pricing - $56 to fit my tire onto my own alloy disc. I went to the other workshop literally next door and they did the same thing for $27.

My friend asked them to fix a leaky tire and they charged him $47.outrageous prices.

I would recommend to shop elsewhere as these prices are very bad, they try to charge literally twice the price the other workshops do

Called the day off for a puncture repair, was booked in for 11: 30. Arrived and got it sorted easy as. It took about an hour but honestly it was fine as they looked pretty busy! Thanks guys:)

Service was good, they were friendly and helpful. Best to book an appointment. Was told it could take up to 90 minutes, but it was done in 30 minutes. They work very quickly. It was very busy, but they were professional, friendly, and helpful to everyone who walked in. Very clean workshop. I'm not sure if the cost is cheap or not, but to me, it seemed reasonable.

I’ve been to the chain in grey Lynn before, and I had a great experience there, but not here unfortunately.
Guys weren’t very helpful.
I was told my tyre was leaking through the rim, when I asked them to show me, they put it under water and no bubbles were coming out at all, you could tell even the guy was a bit embarrassed.
I just went with my gut feeling and I went to another Tyre shop to get a second opinion, and after getting it checked, they confirmed my tyre was all good, no need to repair.

Nice helpfull guy who did everything he could to get me my tyres. Really helpfull. Highly recommend.

Went there for a flat, my tyres have a custom made wheel nut. The team there broke it, promised they will replace it

Excellent experience of changing tyres with beating the lower price on spot.their wheel alignment offer is as good and is valid for three cars, Wayne and other guys are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

“Cheapest in town” what a joke he tried to tell me I needed to change all 4 of my tyres and the cheapest he could do was $400 per tyre bit greedy mate, called around and managed $180 per tyre.
