I can highly recommend David, the osteopath. I’ve been extremely impressed by every aspect of his treatments. The appointments are genuinely 45 minutes long which is refreshing after having visited osteos and chiropractors who do 10-20 minute appointments and rush you out the door. David is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his holistic view of injury, considering all areas of health and how they could be contributing. Lexi, the receptionist, is also extremely lovely and tops off the experience.

Quality personnel & service. Online booking is easy and straightforward. Marshall (osteopath) has helped heaps with my chronic neck pain, very attentive.

Ivana was absolutely amazing. She was understanding of my needs and described the process throughout. One of the best massages I have ever got. I went in stiff and in a great deal of agony from physical activity and came out very light and relaxed. I was greeted with warmth at the reception and and upon leaving. I’ll be back for sure!

I have been a customer of Top Notch Massage and Health for a number of years and always found their services to be of the highest standard and the provider of the most professional service. This service has been further enhanced whilst receiving massages throughout my first pregnancy. These regular massages have been a great saving grace throughout the many changes that my body has gone through, and have kept any aches and pains to a minimum. Jacqui carried out regular research on the changes that would be occurring to my body throughout and was able to provide advice and support for any minor niggles. I would recommend these massages to any pregnant lady - they are the best!

Both are amazing and I always leave feeling great, relaxed and eager to make another booking:) Would highly recommend. Great service, great massages, great prices!

Top notch massage has a team of highly experienced friendly staff. They all go above and beyond any massage center I've been to. They explain and give great feedback on your body each visit. I leave feeling very much like I've visited a friend who's been able to explain my aches or body's reactions to me plainly. Exercises and advice for at home when I require it, online booking, various locations and extensive opening hours are all just more reasons I won't go anywhere else. Personally reccomend to everyone I know and visit them regular now to keep my health at its best!

Just a note to say a BIG, HUGE thank you to Julianne for the massage yesterday. My shoulder feels amazing, almost pain free after the massage. I haven't felt like this in over a year, ever since I suffered from bursitis in my shoulder. I have tried a lot of other treatments over the past 12 months and your massage yesterday is the only one that has given me real relief from the pain. I could sleep painfree for the first time in AGES. Thank you so much and I can't wait for my next session on Friday!
