Top Notch Bodyworks Osteopathy & Massage Therapy Parnell (inside BE PHYSIO)

Have been seeing Sarah at Top Notch now for a couple of months and every session has been really relaxed and comfortable. My work means that I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk hunched over a keyboard so my body/muscles can get very stiff and tight. Sarah uses a range of different massage techniques and my back and legs have been feeling great.

I had a great experience with Sarah. She was able to understand my body's need and help me feel better. I recommend this place.

The massage experience was fantastic. However, all the ‘paperwork’; the list of questions, constant reminders & instructions was definitely over done. You’re giving a personal service not organising a military exercise! Too many private questions too; personal health insurance cover. Medical questions! - not being admitted for surgery

I recently injured my back and started seeing Anj! She is always very pleasant to deal with, very attentive and explained everything she was doing. I felt really comfortable with her and will continue to use Anj's services for any possible needs in the future.

I received great service from the kind lady on the telephone and theraptic massage from Tim. Very understanding and excellent technique and put me at ease. I have been in alot of pain due to my back and pressure headaches. He was able to relieve the daily headaches and give more mobility. Highly recommend will return.

Before going in for my first massage, I thought my calves, feet and back were my top priority as my body felt achy and tense in these areas. But after the consultation she clearly saw how i was sitting my shoulders hunced over and I looked very uncomfortable. She worked out my very tight forearms, shoulders and chest which at the end of the massage i felt so relaxed in all areas of my body. Even my feet felt amazing and she never once touched them. First massage from her since my pregnancy 2 years ago and I highly highly recommend her!

I totally recommend Sophie for a massage. I have been going to Sophie once a fortnight for nearly a year. Sophie makes me feel relaxed and has helped me with sore hips, neck and shoulders. The room is a lovely a nice environment to be in, plus on cold mornings the heated massage table is a bonus. I have nearly no stiffness in my body now. Thanks Sophie.
