Went in for an airbag recall/replacement.

In and out in the specified time. Left in a hurry to get back to work and forgot my bag.

When I was able to turn around and go back, they brought it out to me from behind the counter.

Waiting area is more like a corporate office than a mechanics garage.

The service I went in for was complimentary, but would have been happy with the service even if I had paid.

The eye candy of the NSX outside didn't hurt either.

The team is friendly and always happy to help and answer questions. I've been here for WOF & Service, exhaust work, vehicle tuning and aftermarket part installs. Very happy with the work done and service provided by the team at Torque Performance

Knowledge: quoted 5000 for a new mpi module for my hybrid and a further 1000 for a fan. I appreciate code diagnostics tell a story and Honda service bulletins are probably a norm however, it took my own research plus a 2nd opinion from a hybrid expert to properly diagnose the issue to be only the fan - something I did in 30 minutes.

If I hadn't done my homework, I would have probably scrapped the car or been down 5k for a part I didn't need.

I should be able to rely on experts and three at TP got it a bit wrong.

Anyway, the car is repaired and not showing any codes.

The young lady at reception was extremely unpleasant & unhelpful. Was not willing to assist in any way, nor did she look like she wanted to be there. I had multiple interactings with her, not a single time did she smile or use any friendly/welcoming mannerisms. Its very rare I'll express my frustration on the Internet but from the service I received from this one lady something needed to be said.
On the other hand the mechanics were excellent. Provided a efficient service.

Great service, friendly staff, knowledgeable. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to get professional work done.

Best help, best service and they are deserving of their awesome reputation in the tuning industry.
