There is a lack of professionalism among their skilled workers. The senior scaffolder is a provocateur, and I overheard another of their scaffolders yell out a death threat (water off a duck's back). This review is to warn others - I've worked alongside many scaffolding companies around the country. Consider Rocket Scaffolding if you are looking for quality scaffolding and professional tradies.

So not to be one sided. I Work there and have been employed with TOTAL ACCESS, 5 years plus, I am more than happy to be with this great company and happy to be working with staff that are willing to help out with your needs, stop in give them a call, they'll love to hear from you. TA.

I have always found Total access to be a proactive supplier, that are solutions based. Even when something goes wrong occasionally, the item is always dealt with ASAP. Good quality equipment, and helpful staff.

Most disgusting staff road manners on motorway is terrible cutting drivers off no flags on over hanging loads not abiding by h & s not wearing harnesses least 5 meters off ground hope ish turns up at hospital to see this

Reiterating the review from 6 months ago, now their work ute having a nose to tail on motorway. Hope you have a good talk to staff about your moving billboards

Usually had dealt with the East Auckland reps - very good work. Had one job in the city and got a different rep who was a total joker. Unprofessional liaising with our customer for pre-install visit. Condescending on the phone about the size of the job, then when it was as big as we said, there wasn't enough equipment reserved. Job pushed out. Wouldn't recommend for city jobs if you value your business reputation.

Not sure about their business, but their drivers are very dangerous. Tailgating on a motorway and on side streets and trying to bully other drivers out of the way. Will not support their business.
