This company does not fairly pay cleaners or pay on time. Upon asking for my hard earned money the director laughs at us and communication is so bad. They did not pay for a lot of work they asked me to do. Past 2years I have been paid late over 10times. Every month of late payment I have had to give them reasons and argue with them to pay me. Due to the I have struggled to pay rent and provide food for my family. I have lost sleep for many nights over this. My family and I have suffered mental, emotional and financial stress due to the exploitation and bullying this company have put me through. I am still financially suffering. They have forced me to take out things from my invoice like rubbish removal for past 2years. I am the not the only 1 suffering their have been others to but no1 has voiced out. But due to my extreme mental dis stress I am reaching out for help. If there is some that can help.
They have treated me like trash. They block me from calling or messaging and unblocks me as they wish. Directors make false promises and sweet talk all the time. They have manipulated me and my situation.
I am writing this so no other person or small company ever suffer due to there action. I wouldn’t even rate them -10

We urgently needed commercial flooring cleaned, and polished after building repairs required after the floods. The quote was provided very fast, and booking arranged quickly realising our urgency of us needing to get the tenants back into their premise. The floor was covered in jib dust and plaster marks another company we used didn’t clean it well it looked like it hadn’t been done. Total Plan did a fabulous job the floor came up looking shiny new. All other cleaning they did was great too. A pleasure to work with and highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to this company again.

Orked as contractor for this company, paid less then living wage rate, didn't pay his invoices for 4 months, kept saying will pay next month, and next month finally said no clients haven't paid so he won't pay for his invoice before Bhuvans starts avoiding phone calls, if giving business be careful cause this company won't do quality job and they don't pay their staff or contractors, see the other reviews

To begin with, they are POOR communicators. The only reason why we did use them was because we had a voucher. For the amount that we were paying, we would've expected a much better job to be done.

I walked into one of the rooms and I could see a dark spot on the carpet and when I went over to have a closer look, it was hair. They hadn't vacuumed the floor completely. The edges weren't done so you can see all of the dead bugs around the edges (shown in picture) There was still hair on the floor after it was mopped in the bathroom (shown in picture) and when we used a tissue to clean it up the left over fluff, it was dirty. Not all of the window sills were wiped (as per picture)

Would NOT recommend. The men who came to do the cleaning were nice but didn't do a very good job at cleaning. At first glance, it looked fine but when we did a more detailed look around, we were unimpressed. We had to go back and finish cleaning up the areas that were missed

One star for actually doing the job. I would give it zero stars for the service. I called to schedule a moving out cleaning 10 days in advance. Five days before the agreed upon date, they called me to let me know that they can't come on the agreed day. When I explained that I needed the cleaning done on that day and not earlier because we wouldn't have moved out yet, and not later because we would have already handed in our keys, the guy started yelling at me and mansplaining to me how moving out works, how cleaning works, and that I am being unreasonable. The. Worst. Service. Ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Since Total Plan Cleaning have taken over the floor cleaning contract at our New World supermarket the transformation has been been simply incredible. The standard of work, attention to detail and thoroughness is truly exceptional. I could not wish for a more professional, obliging and polite service nothing is ever a problem.

Do not use this company. They were a day late. Didn't finish the job on time and finished it too extremely poor standards. They even left green wipe marks on our ceilings. Very disappointing.

Very average with my housework, little attention to detail, I had to re-mop the kitchen floor, $0.5k/2.5 hrs.yeah?

We hired this company to clean after a staff Christmas party - we were sent via email comms a quote, along with the assurance that there would be a team of at least 4 members cleaning. On the day, only 2 cleaners showed up and took copious smokos and cleaned very very slowly. They were helped by 6 of our staff members to get the job done, and we were not impressed with their work. Then, to add insult to injury we were slapped with a bill nearly twice what was quoted. When we queried the bill and asked for an explanation and breakdown of costs, we were told by their team manager "It's a waste of my time talking to you". Communication over the phone was very rude, insulting and at times very hostile; there was no attempt at resolving the situation in a polite manner. To make things worse, this hostile line of communication continued via text despite multiple times requesting all further communication to take place via email - there seemed to be an intention to bully and intimidate to make us pay and go away, which is not the professional customer service that this company promises at all. The whole interaction was bewildering, and despite multiple attempts to have an explanation of the bill before we pay we just have been receiving statements with no responses to our emails. In short, we have paid the bill just to wash our hands of this, but we will not be hiring them again. It was a very sour end to what was meant to be a celebration of the end of our working year. We recommend going elsewhere.

I didn’t like the communication. It felt ‭intrusive and not friendly. I asked a quote, received the answer. But still received few calls offering further booking. I regretted providing my cellphone number. I couldn’t say anything about cleaning though.

I have had two friends who have both used this service via my recommendation and both were absolutely thrilled with the work completed. Jaswinder did an amazing job on a Saturday and was very professional and explained what he was undertaking the end result was an awesome job. Santosh came highly recommended and did a carpet shampoo of a 5 bedroom 2 living room home and the tenants were more than happy with the work. Unlike a lot of cleaning companies that try to get in and out as quickly as possible, Total Plan's team were dedicated and diligent completing the job thoroughly even when the job and the conditions turned out to be harder than envisaged. We were really impressed and will use them again.
