Totalspan Steel Buildings

The list is far too long for me to really go through in any great detail but what it really boils down to is that Totalspan Counties use the most incompetent contractors available and don't actually care about that. Here are some highlights: window installer installed all windows for his own height and he's over 6ft tall, measured none so one was 30cm in to where the shower should go and became irate and sexist when I asked him to move it and then left instead of doing it, he also took it upon himself to redirect the delivery of my stairs. Their builders cut a hole for my door then decided they didn't actually know how to install it and then left the giant hole for four years before covering it with tin, as a parting gift they took my own building equipment and denied it until I threatened police involvement, and miraculously found them concealed in their truck. The portaloo guy saw I run a foodbank for rescuers so he pressured me into giving him dog food then returned a year after the job was complete unanounced and tried to intimidate me into it again. And lastly the joinery leaks everywhere because TS and Rylock both blame the other, now this week one if my doors exploded and Rylock admit it's a manufacturing flaw but won't fix it because their glazier doesn't insure them for it. So you can see even a year on building with Totalspan feels like being trapped in an elevator with a fart.

From my first contact all the way through until completion of my shed I was very pleased with my dealings with Totalspan Counties.
My shed was a full build, with Totalspan Counties looking after all aspects, from site excavation until lock-up.
At all times communication was excellent, with all processes in the build, including dealings with the local council, dealt with in a very timely manner. Each stage of the build was completed on time without delays, and everything progressed as planned. The standard of work was excellent; their building teams being friendly and efficient.
The whole process was very smooth from start to finish - I am very pleased with the end result!

I needed a shed to match the design of our new home. After a bit of a shop around I selected Totalspan as they had great presales support and came up with a design that met all my requirements. They managed the build process end to end, had great communication and kept me up to date during all stages of the build. On the start date the two workmen Sam & Dan introduced themselves and let me know how this was going together, once again, a friendly couple of guy’s from the whole of the Totalspan team and very experienced in what they do with surprising delight to see it going together with speed and efficiency, in no time at all completely covered in and looking like my dream shed.
Dean and Aaron were contactable at all times and sorted out all the questions I had, I have to say here that Andrea was amazing with her finger on the pulse at all times and was able to tell me how the council paperwork and planning was going, also Deans excellent reputation with the council certainly helped get this done in a very short time. I especially liked the way that Dean gave me a list of their recommended tradies, from start of the Earthworks to Drainage, Plumbing and Electrical people all of whom we became friends.
Now it’s completed I just love my shed giving me plenty of space to work on my many classic cars.
I am so pleased I decided to go with Dean and his team here in Paerata, they made this project a pleasure to work with them all and certainly recommend Totalspan to all my friends and contacts.

We have just had our second shed done through total span counties, 4 bay shed.and we loved the whole process, easy to deal with great with some ideas, and locations of where they best think for doors and windows etc, we have added a sleep out and bathroom inside this shed our selves and its a perfect addition to our new home, i would highly recommend them,

Total Span Counties have been awesome to build a garage with. They are supportive, prompt and helpful. The concrete went down one week and the build happened the following week and was completed within 2 days. We are so happy with our finished garage!
