We visited on a rainy day, and the staff were very helpful. Everything was beautifully presented with interesting different areas, and very reasonably priced.

A total staple for garden lovers in West and North Auckland, plus definitely worth the trip if you live further afield!

It’s really lovely garden centre which is totally different from other centres I’ve visited. It’s a place for relaxing and you can buy plants at the same time. It’s a must place to go there.

One of the best garden centres in Auckland. Staff are brilliant. Great selection. Beautiful grounds. I’d go there just to wander through the gardens. Can’t recommend more highly. We’ll certainly be back. Especially once the coffee cart gets going!

An absolutely amazing experience visiting this Nursery we cannot recommend it enough. The layout is incredible and gave us so many ideas of how we could landscape some areas of our property. The service however is next level and is what lead to us coming back again today, a few days later, to purchase even more trees (which were such an incredible bargain!) after taking on board all of Diane's recommendations. She is a wealth of knowledge and recommended some great places online to read up on some more information for composting etc. Jules is so quick with communication and made everything a breeze for us too after our first online order. We'll be coming back a lot more in the future!

Audrey and I visited TOTT recently to seek advice on and purchase a wide variety of plants for our new build in Auckland. We were extremely impressed from the outset, with the carefully planned and delightful layout of the gardens. It was so helpful being able to see plants set out in their appropriate groupings. We dealt with the Operations Manager Bronwyn, who not only has a wealth of knowledge, but also a very engaging and enthusiastic personality. She patiently guided us around the gardens helping us to decide on the most appropriate plants for our circumstances. Bronwyn also provided us with very helpful advice on plant placement and maintenance. She also played an integral part in the selection and advice on installation of a Straight Curve retaining wall system, which looks fantastic. We are ABSOLUTELY thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend TOTT to anyone looking for a professional and hassle-free experience.

If there was a six star rating I would have given Jules and her team at Touch of the Tropics six stars! Jules is so helpful, insightful and creative. She designed and created the most amazing new garden for our home. We are constantly getting compliments about the garden and queries as to who designed it. It's also a relatively low maintenance design, as we requested, which is fantastic. I highly recommend Jules and her team and will definitely use her again.
