Amazing quality work and service. I only use these guys for my home maintenance. They clean and treat my roof, wash the outside of the house, patio paving, side paths, driveway and can also apply a preventative treatment. Efficient, professional team.

Highly recommend this service. Had house, paths, drive and exterior windows cleaned. Louis was immediately responsive to my request for a quote and there was no fuss when I subsequently needed to change the date. The work was done to a high standard by Dario, who was very pleasant to deal with, as well as methodical and thorough. Ticked all the boxes!

The team gave the whole outside of my house a thorough clean. That included the clear deck cover both top and underneath. The wooden deck was water blasted. And all the gutters were cleaned out. They left the place looking amazing and I definately want them back next year

I shortlisted three very well reviewed companies and ran with Tailored Property services after some research. Based on Louis' prompt response and their reviews, it was an easy decision to make. Juan and Christian arrived promptly on the scheduled date and after making some suggestions to us to keep the water from seeping into the house, they got on with their work. Juan suggested that they come up to the deck to wash the walls of one of the bedrooms because they didn’t want to scratch the balustrade by placing the ladder on it. When I later pointed out some downpipes that could do with some more cleaning, they happily placed their ladder there and ensured that it was done to my satisfaction. They simply endorsed all the good reviews that I had read about TPS. When my husband returned from work, he said that he could see the wonderful difference they had made. Delighted with TPS and now I know who to work with when I need my house and gutters cleaned.

These guys are great. They did a fantastic job, we're very professional and took great care with the job. We had an exterior wash of the house and gutters cleared. I have 3 hard to access skylights on a two storey house. Another specialist operator had previously tried twice, and failed, to get them even moderately clean - with dismal results.
Step up Louis and his operator Andrew. Spotless and sparkling was the result. As clean as they day they were fitted - 20 years ago. You'd be hard pushed to find better service at an affordable price. Plenty of communication and updates throughout changing Covid alert levels - which was greatly appreciated.
