I recently chose Transworld for my shipping of goods from NZ to Canada, and everything went very well. I am so glad I chose Transworld. Even though I packed the boxes myself and had a relatively small shipment I received great and patient customer service, and all my goods arrived safe and sound. I recommend Transworld International Removals!

Thanks to David who organised the onboarding process brilliantly with full ownership, from the initial stage of quotation to full clarification about all-in-costs involved and lastly pick-up. Despite not assessing the shipment volume physically, he was able to estimate a quotation that was very close to actuals.

Next, the packing process was executed professionally and with care by Simi and Junior, much to my delight as I had never tried a local moving company. Previous relocations were handled by large global moving companies which were first-class, but the team pulled it off impressively and efficiently.

I strongly recommend the team in Transworld for any relocation as they are world-class.

I highly recommend Transworld. They took over my Canadian container in Auckland and they stored my belongings for eight months. Morgan in Auckland was amazing as I kept coming to retrieve various items. Then my belongings were transferred to Tauranga. The movers arrived on time, we’re so helpful unpacking the furniture, taking care with the art work, and overcoming some challenges like fixing my sofa leg. Thank you, Andy. And when my cell phone went missing during the unpacking, I called with my iPad and dear Karen not only stayed late to look through the empty cartons but brought it right to my door after hours. I can’t say enough about the “above and beyond” service of this company! I will use again for the next move. A+

I'm highly recommend Transworld for their professional service for my International relocation moving. I would like to thanks Dave and his team for their professional sevice from pickup, wrapping and time estimation for my item delivery. I'm in the middle of the shipping and all the estimation and communication was smooth. These guys used Southern Furniture Movers to pick up my stuff from Dunedin for transport overseas. Either Southern Furniture Movers decided, or when my stuff arrived at Transworld in Christchurch to sit until further transit, decided it was ok to break off the legs of my antique table and shove the whole thing in a foam bag. If Transworld did not do this themselves I am very disappointed in them nonetheless as the chain of business is there. Absolutely shocking. The laziness of doing such a thing to a piece of history and someone else's property. Transworld said they would "look into this matter". I had to follow up with them when I had no response after weeks, and was told that the individual in charge of the uplift was no longer employed there so there was nothing further they would be doing about it. What a complete lack of duty of care and disgusting way of doing business. I don't care if the individual responsible does not work there anymore, what where they going to do - make them pay for the damage? What a bunch of amateur jokers. Transworld decided they would try to skirt responsibility all the way to a tribunal. Tribunal ruled in my favour. What sleaze and disgusting lack of professionalism from Transworld.

Super efficient to deal with and offered the most competitive rates (out of every company I spoke to). They say one of the most stressful events in life is moving house, let alone moving house from one country to another. I certainly agree with that and the biggest part of the move is, of course, shipping all our belongings from Auckland to Sydney.

Transworld has certainly taken the stress out of the equation. From getting the quotation to preparing the documentation, there were a few things to do, but it all happened pretty efficiently and the help of David the manager from the Auckland side guided me along and I got everything done pretty quickly and stress-free.

From pickup to delivery, the scheduled time was as promised, and was no delay. The people from both ends were excellent to deal with - packing and the unloading. Everybody got to work and got the job done very quickly and cheerfully.

Thank You, Transworld, for making our move to Australia stress-free.

I had an amazing experience with Transworld company.  The customer service was outstanding, and the product information exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They gave detailed, specific, and honest suggestions. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect price.
Dave is the best, he looked after us in this new journey.

These guys are amazing and they were very responsive during my stressful time of moving my personal goods out of NZ. Dave and the packing crew was very attentive and made sure they didn't miss anything and I was well informed of my delivery ETA and every thing arrived safely. Even during challenging times for the logistics industry after Covid they did a great job.

Feedback from our experience with Transworld, as a partner to OSS, on discovery a bag of tools was missing on the day of delivery. We were advised it happens all the time by the Transworld delivery team. They insisted all boxes were delivered and advised to sign off delivery with exception of missing tools. They advised the boxes were subject to inspection by customs, but did not advise which boxes were inspected. When raised with their delivery management and partner, OSS, no acknowledgement from Transworld, and OSS reported that all the boxes were reported delivered and we didn’t note any tampering of the boxes. End result, no tools to the value of $1000 being delivered and the issue was our problem.

I had a pretty good experience with Transworld, I was refered by a friend and moved my stuff from Auckland to Sydney.
I was assisted by David, he was pretty responsive in answering all my queries until the very end of my moving.
The packing team was amazing, they came and pack everything really well and very quickly. Everything arrived in perfect state.
Highly recommend Transworld!

Unfortunately, I cannot share many positiv things about my experience with Transworld.
It all seemed to go well and the delivery team dropped my boxes off at my place. I was busy in a work meeting and I thought: "let's quickly sign this paper, I'm going to check the boxes for completeness later" - never do that, it was a big mistake!
In the evening the shock, many things were missing, some were broken (that happens). I notified Transworld straight away and the only answer I got was that everything in their system was complete throughtout the whole delivery chain since I signed off the paper work. Even worse: they were dishonest and said that my partner ticked off the box numbers during the delivery which is not true. They just didn't show any intention to help me finding my stuff.
Only after a few mails, things finally moved. Colleen was helpful and we found one box at least. This means that the first delivery was certainly NOT complete and things were not registered properly in the system.today, I'm still missing things.
I do not recommend international shipping, they are not careful and it's pointless when you end up not having your belongings anymore

Don’t use trans world to relocate oversees. Pricing given changes by thousands once they have you possessions, and takes much longer than advised. Also once paid, very poor communication. It’s been almost 5 months for us to move a container from New Zealand to Queensland.

Grateful for the services you provided, Transworld International! Your team had been phenomenal in facilitating, storing and delivering our personal belongings from UAE to North Shore, Auckland.

Due to pandemic, our shipment got stuck with Transworld International for 2.5 years. Morgan Cook (our Import Handler from Transworld) was very professional and experienced in ensuring that our items were well taken cared of during those periods. Despite my lack of knowledge on the moving in process in New Zealand, he was very thorough and diligent in making sure that everything is stress-free from our end. He was very transparent and provided reasonable storage fee.

Finally, we got reunited with all our belongings last 29th of December thanks to Morgan's efforts! Despite Transworld's hectic delivery schedule during Christmas and Summer holidays, Morgan and the team (Hong, Jake, etc) went an extra mile to grant our Christmas wish by delivering our shipments on our requested date! And to top it all, there were no damages/breakage to any of our fragile items (ie Ikea furniture, TV, soundbar, glasswares, etc) nor fungus (ie clothes, bedsheets, etc) -a testament that all our personal belongings were properly stored for the past 2.5 years!

Its been an unbelievable journey and we are so glad that Morgan took care of us these past 2.5 years! No words can describe how grateful we are for the services of Transworld International and for keeping great employees like Morgan, Jake and Hong! Keep it up guys!

Highly recommend this company to anybody who will be relocating overseas outbound or inbound! Thank you Transworld International, Morgan and team!
