Rob provided a great service, called with a half hour notice and got straight on with the job once he arrived. He was more than happy to offer advice and tips to keep our bike working as well as possible and extend the time between services. Easy on-site payment method & we are all set to take it for a spin.

Rob was really helpful and fair in assessing my treadmill, suggesting solutions, guiding me through the process and ultimately fixing my issue and servicing the machine. He is a one man band, so there may be times when he is unable to answer phone calls, messages, emails or get back to you quickly, but persevere, as once he has committed to your job he does it well. He also assisted me with picking up my treadmill and dropping it off, which was over and above the expectation. A great guy, just needs you to be a little patient and understanding with the communication.

Robert is a Treadmill doctor. He knows everything about treadmills and can quickly diagnose the problem and repair (as a result save you heaps money). My treadmill power switch was broken. He had to visit my place twice to complete the job as he did not have part at his first visit, but waived his call-out fee for his second trip. I can't thank Robert enough.
