Poor quality and issues with the delivery.
Ordered beds from this company, the delivery guys just left my mattresses inside the building with the stranger and filed it as delivered.
For next order I decided to pick it up myself, paid for the van rental and ended up with the wrong items. They told me they do not have one of the beds that I ordered and I have to wait for 2 weeks for it to be produced. This is when I was already there with the van and paid for my order in full!

If I can’t wait they told me I can take a different color bed base which I did because I already paid for the van! No options here.
Hear this out! When I opened the bed package the bed base was broken already.

Will never order anything with this company and will make some effort to reach a head manager or whoever allowing this terrible situation happening! And I want my money back for the bed base and the van!

This organisation is so organised and efficient. Great to deal with and solid good quality furniture.

The place was good many options of furniture and mostly affordable prices, can refer it to all family and relatives.

Do not buy from here! Absolutely not worth your money, I ordered both drawers from here and were not fit for purpose at all. Both drawers came faulty, had incorrect pieces and then broke for having it built for 20 minutes.

Terrible experience
Faulty product- holes were drilled in wrong place and the drawers didnt have pre drilled holes at all- then once together it catches and doesnt open and close. They claim user error- they say the pre drilled holes that are incorrect are also my issue as some customers prefer it in diff places which is not correct- the holes for tracking can only be in 1 place for the drawers to fit properly.i call BS
They refuse to refund nor replace.
Think very hard before ordering from these cowboys.

Abysmal service. I would give a negative rating if that was an option. Bought a desk from these guys and had it delivered. The box was badly damaged, including the parts inside. TreasureBox agreed to arrange for the box to be picked up and to process a full refund. That was 2 weeks ago and neither of those things have happened. To be fair, it was probably the courier who caused the damage, but TreasureBox had the audacity to suggest that I chase their courier to have the desk returned, and now, TreasureBox is not replying to my emails. Off to the Disputes Tribunal it is then.

Not terrible but not great either, hard to get in contact with CS team. Got hung up on 4 times trying to call them. Only answer the live chat 50% of the times i used it.

When you buy online and pick up from their warehouse, there is no mention on a 2 week pick up period. If you go pick up after that (all the way at Silverdale) they tell you the stock has been sold through thir system even though you have paid for it. Waste of time

Wish I could give it no stars. Bought a tv entertainment unit 2 months ago. Had no instructions included, and was damaged, the screws stripped straight away and the wood was scratched. I return it and have the same thing happen with the second. They want to charge another $90 just to assemble it. Terrible customer service.

My dad went to collect a gazebo I purchased online and the staff had put it outside for him and left him to load it into his car by himself, which is really poor customer service as it is a large and heavy item. He only just managed to get it in his car on his own, which is not ideal given that he has quite a chronic shoulder injury. Lucky for me that he did go to get it, as there would have been no way I could have lifted it myself. Very disappointed that no one could spare a minute and offer to help him.

Sane as 90% of the comments here I can't believe a company can get away with selling shit products and no customer service, sent emails at least 5 of them and they just ignore you, makes me want to break the law like they have and go up to there office and start smashing there stuff up and then maybe i will have there attention and get a reply,

Very bad experience with this online shopping business. Paid extra for urgent delivery of my item, which was said to be delivered in 2-3 days. The purchase price is just over $400, the delivery cost was almost half of the purchase price! However, it ended up to take more than 3 WEEKS! This is ridiculous and unbelievable!
Further more, after my complaint I only got one follow up, then nothing was delivered and no further follow up. I had to complain again and again to get their attention.
Strongly NOT recommend this seller especially when you need something urgently

Customer service was fantastic. I had to order a new part for a bed frame and this was so easy

If i could give minus stars i would. I do not recommend dealing with this company. I purchased a clothing rack through there website, used bank transfer for payment, once i made the payment there website was still asking me to make the payment so i checked my bank account the payment had gone out, checked my email no confirmation email. So i emailed the company explaing and was told it is my bank app that is the problem. So i sent the screenshot of proof of payment and explained it to them again and i got another reply saying its my bank app. So either the custoner service team doesn't understand english or this is a scam company. I would like either my money or my oroduct or i will be turning up to the store and making a scene

The quality is so bad so cheap, many cracks between the bed frame, the sites looks like they are going to crack anytime soon, I wonder how long its is going to last this frame! I don’t think I’m going to buy there again!

Beautiful outdoor set! Absolutely loved the big sized seats. Installing is easy if you read the instructions!

Ordered a shoe rack from here and had to wait over 3months for it to arrive, didnt have any contact during this time for updates.

When the product arrived and began putting it together the sizes and holes where all over the show and it didnt fit together, and yes i tried it multiple different ways incase it was just around the wrong way yet it still didnt fit.

Wont do an entire rant since id rather move on so.
Long story short has not been a pleasent experience here.

Would not recommend at all.

Good Customer service. Product is very good according to price. Nice collection and good design.
