I’m extremely happy with the work Pro Climb did in my yard which is in SEA and thus has many very tall trees. Before, trees were blocking out sunlight and endlessly dropping dead branches. After, there’s a very clear and wide opening in canopy letting in lights, and even after particularly windy weekend there’s no fallen branches littering my yard.
Communication and quote process were painless and professional.

Good consultation to quote and ongoing during work to ensure our requirements were met. Trees look healthy after their trim. Site left in a very tidy state. Pics are before and after.

Nice, friendly young guys. Took out tree that was falling towards my neighbours house. Cut logs to fire size and mulched the rest for my garden. Cleaned up my neighbours driveway, couldn't tell they had been.

We had 3 large Puriri trees that needed some arborist TLC. Everything outlined in the detailed original quote by Chelsea was delivered by Jack, Aaron and Luca (and more than expected), not to mention the cleanup all within a day. Not the cheapest but certainly value as there were no extra charges.

Beautiful work on my tree, fully satisfied with that. Very pleasing team, a delight to communicate with. Cleanup in my place was fine, but had to be followed up briefly in neighbours'.

The guys did an awesome job, on a very, VERY BIG Pine tree so it was no easy task. They were very professional, left the place clean and tidy and went out of their way to be accomodating

From the beginning we emphasised the need to trim tops of some trees to let the sun in. The quote did not refer to this request although some pictures on the quote showed tops of trees. While other work was carried out satisfactorily, the tree topping was never done, and the Manager stated that they hadn't put it in the quote and the cost would be unprofitable. On numerous occasions, my wife and I reiterated this original request, but the Manager had deaf ears. Prospective customers should scrutinise their quote to ensure that their requirements are clearly and separately listed.

I can highly recommend Pro Climb. Every part of the process with them was excellent - beginning with knowledgable discussion about the issues and different solutions followed by a clear quote with photos (very helpful when talking about so many different trees), through to the hard-working and friendly team on the day of the tree work. Our garden is in way better shape now thanks to their efforts and skills.
