Tendo and his team were absolutely amazing! From beginning to end they showed professionalism. Tendo was quick to respond to my query, I had the quote within a day and the work was started within the week. They removed two trees and pruned another, took all the debris away, grinded the stumps and left the property looking clean and tidy and the workman were very pleasant while on site. I highly recommend Tree Factor to everyone and will definitely use their services in the future. Thanks Tendo and the team to doing such a fabulous job.

We had 3 tree's cut down, 1 being a very large grevilia tree (at least 15m - 20m). Tendo's team were safe, professional and the workmanship was to a high standard. Although it was hard to reach someone when wanting to accept the quote, i received a call back straight away when i made contact through the website. He quoted us a great / affordable price and followed through 100%. I would defintely use him again in future - thanks Tendo!

The arborist work provided by Tendo and his crew was excellent. Tendo visited me initially to determine the scope of work (a number of trees need heavy trimming and reshaping) and completed it to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the final result and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Extremely helpful and do a great job! We had 2 very large trees that towered and were close to our house. Tendo and his team removed them without a problem and trimmed other trees as well. They left our property tidy and followed up to make sure all was ok! Highly recommended.

Tendo and his team were amazing from beginning to end. They have just removed two large phoenix palms which was a pretty big job, taking trunks and palms away and finishing off with some stump grinding and leaving site spotless. Will definitely be recommending Tree Factor to friends and family.

Great service! Worked in stormy conditions to take down a broken tree between 2 sets of power lines and next to the house. Did a great job, and provided some free mulch as well!
