We had three guys from Tree Fellas spend 4 hours at our St Johns house removing the top 4 mtrs of Liquid Amber trees, and they did an exceptional job.

Excellent service all round! We had a large Phoenix Palm that needed trimming. The communication was so prompt. The boys turned up on time and were so very polite, friendly and told me exactly what they were going to do. They cleaned up brilliantly, over and above what I expected. So pleased with the results. The guys did a great job halving the height of a massive old feijoa tree and shaping it as requested. They carried out ther pruning, a tree removal and stump grinding as well. Great communication with the office and the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Amazing from start (reply to an email) and phone calls to book in quote and job, middle (Boyd coming over and taking the time to understand what I wanted and explaining in layman terms what he thought would be best) to finish (raking up the leaves and using the leaf blower so all tidy before they leave). The crew of Wolf, Cesar and Zach were also professional, personable and efficient. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Wayne gave the quote, and on the appropriate date and time a crew of 3 turned up to do the pruning. The job was a 15 year old Puriri which had grown very quickly.
The arborist trimmed, thinned, and pruned the tree to a requested size and shape. He also advised that it would need repeating in about 3 years time.
The whole crew were polite, respectful, tidy, and obviously experienced.
A very pleasant, satisfying experience.

I had an old native fall on my roof and the crew that came round to remove the tree were incredibly professional. Unfortunately post-works, my insurer made policy payout process difficult and stressful. Tree Fellas (notably Wayne T.), were more than happy to help me deal with the insurer despite the job being completed 3 months prior and being closed from their end.

Will definitely recommend and use for future work.

Less than a week between quote and removal, super responsive to emails, showed up on time and did a great job removing two stubborn stumps.

Professional, do what they say they will, friendly and pleasant to deal with and their stump removal team is also excellent. On top of that, their pricing is realistic and very fair. 5 stars from us. We had a hedge that had significantly overgrown during the lock-downs and needed some serious pruning. The process was super easy and professional from start to finish. We'll be booking in regular 'trims' from now on.

I engaged tree fellas to remove a large palm in a very confined section. This involved working on and around several neighbours. They were very professional in their work, and their attitude and work ethic was second to none. They achieved the work within a day and left all properties without damage and as clean as when they arrived. Brilliant. Thanks to all involved.
