What a bunch of "highly professional" "legends".
Dropped a dead tree right in the middle of the road - no traffic control apart from a few cones, sending bits and pieces all over the place. Very abusive, pull fingers happily - not what you would expect from a well established company. 1 out of 5 for the effort boys.

PS: got you on camera taking photos of our property and vehicles.

3 weeks and they haven't cut 2 branches of a tree which is over hanging on Weymouth road.
Its quite low and have had a branches hit my boat roof top.
They promised the tree branches will be trimed off within 10 working days.

They came to trim a very large tree on council park that was overhanging the fence by as much as 3m's or more. Very impressed with the young men's efficiency. Well done Treescape!

This place is much bigger than it looks. Even have training courses.
I used to drive a truck for them in Auckland. Now I live near Hamilton, Ive lost contact with them, but I have noticed they have a "BRANCH " down here.

Tried unsuccessfully for several weeks to get another firm to do my small cut and mulch job. Ben came the next day, right on time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Simply cannot fault these guys (from first contact to estimate to actual work being carried out) with various crews pruning and/or removing our larger trees for many years. Just had the Scotts and a couple of off-siders remove a huge palm and the work has been done quickly, professionally and with a smile. Why wouldn't ya?

2021 Update: Have been using these guys for forever for our home in One Tree Hill and they never fail to impress. Even though there have been different crews over the years, can't fault any of them. Prompt quote, great consultation on the ground from the crew, very respectful of property and such a good clean-up I think yard is actually cleaner than when they arrived! Also appreciated adherence to AL3 rules re distancing & mask wearing. Would not hesitate to recommend and will continue to use as long as we own this house!

Sledge hammer to cut some shoots off a tree in the street. Huge vehicle so many people and a it needed was a pair of loppers and a rubbish bag for the twigs. Noise cones signage cost to rate payers while the trees which were actually sitting on the other side of the street with their leaves in the power lines were ignored. Costly to rate payers unintelligent following a tick sheet.in a global pandemic level 4 lockdown.

These guys don’t know how queues for covid vaccination centres work and shoved in. Would never use them for any tree scraping services. 0 stars.

Not sure how good the work but all of your neighbors will suffer from the loud and poor music choice coming from their cars

Very poor service around quoting and communication. Have wasted a lot of my time.would recommend you ask other businesses to quote your job and don't waste time with these guys.

Booked in for a quote, no show. Called the guy who was supposed to come for a quote, no answer. Called the company, and surprise surprise no answer. Guess who just lost out on business!?

DO NOT USE THESE BUTCHERS! They absolutely destroyed all of the trees in Oxton rd in Sandringham. They BUTCHERED them. And butchered them so badly they’re all dying. Beautiful 90 year old trees, destroyed by these cowboys. Do not use them unless you want everything on your property to be killed.

Left their mess on the lawn which is really annoying! One young guy was smashing our gate to close it.

The staff Nick Harrison provide terrible service -Do not understand how to respect for customers.

Joshua Kerrigan was the foreman overseeing a 3 day marathon tree removal, cutting and general tidy up on our property in Mellons Bay What a fabulous worker and employee he is and his professionalism and communication skills were exemplary. (The large team that he was in charge of as well, ran like clockwork). Great value for money and fantastic job thanks Joshua! Will definitely be using you and Treescape again.

I have asked Treescape for a couple of quotes for jobs at our rental properties, a week after booking the quotes the girl phoned me back to ask me again what the property addresses were. I confirmed these and never heard back from their team after that. I followed up another few weeks later and was told she would have to follow up with the team member and no response. My intial query was late June, our last correspondence was beginning of August. A bit disappointing to say the least.

Mark and his team helped to transplant a big palm tree today. They are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Very easy to communicate and also gave me some helpful advise on my other trees in my garden. Recommend.

Useless! I rang 27 may 2019 said a guy would quote in 2 days - by 5th day I gave them a rev up, guy showed up then I texted him 7 days later asking for quote that was 7 jun 2019 - still no contact - hopeless
