Our cooker packed in. Called the team at Trident as they had previously installed a heat pump for us and fixed some old wiring. Kyle managed to come out the same day, confirmed the issue was the old faulty cooker and source and install a new one in record time. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Matt and Ali replaced the oven in my flat. Great service, checked documentation of oven supplied by others, installed the oven, and tidied up after themselves.

Choice sparkys, arrived on time and helped lift the old oven out of the house too.

Came to repair our extractor fan, and left a mess.
These cowboys not only didn't remove their boots, they trapsed mud through the house, which was later denied when queried.
Totally disrespectful.

(In response to your reply: I said I didn't want you back, I liased with our property manager instead.

You left mud through our house and over the indoor mat.
The fact you deny this contradicts your drivel about professionalism and tidyness.

I whole service is amazing. From the initial quoting through to the installation. Yvonne kept me up to date on the progress and both Jack and Ali did a great job on the day. Such lovely polite guys, tackled the job with great attitudes and cleaned up after they were done.

We had a small job where we needed electrical outlets added into our garage and switch an existing one to another place. Kyle did an awesome job! Professional, super friendly and well priced. A tidy and well executed job. We would highly recommend Kyle and his team to everyone! Nothing is too small or too big for these guys - exceptional!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt and Ali to fix my bathroom's exhaust fan. In just 20 minutes, they not only replaced the fan but also repaired the tube. To my surprise, they even cleaned up my bathroom after completing the job!

Those guys are extremely professional and polite. Came and fixed Air ventilation unit HRV system at our place, found the fault and fixed it with no hassle. The down side is they are little expensive $$ for small residential work. It's good to contact your local electrician for smaller tasks.

Had Matt come out to replace some lights that had been damaged by water. He picked some excellent replacements and got the work done quickly with no fuss. Will definitely use them again!

Great pricing, clear communication and options. The guys did a great job removing our old dud heat pump, kept the area clean and tidy, and coned off their working space while installing our lovely new machine that is incredibly effective. Being in an old converted portacom made finding the sorrect power switch challenging but the team did a great job with minimal disruption to us locating the correct switches.

Would definitely recommend and use again!

We engaged Trident to do the Electrical work for our extensive Kitchen renovation after they earlier did a great job of a small piece of work for us.
The Kitchen Project included disconnection, routing of new cabling and services (in a concrete constructed building) and reconnection/installation.
They were responsive and communicated well and happily solved a few specific issues that came up during the fit out. We required a job that not only was professional and safe but complemented, what was for us, a new `high quality kitchen.
