I really wish I took a before and after photo of what Chad and his team have done because it is truly remarkable!

I tasked the Trimfix team with one mission; strip out every single thing from the car and make it brand new. And without a shred of exaggeration that is exactly what they did! Could not be happier with the final result, these guys are masters of their craft and would highly recommend them to anyone with very reasonable prices.

These guys are excellent at their jobs! My car was not easy to work on and needed a bunch of stuff done. They did it all quickly and professionally, whilst also taking the time to get me involved to save on labour costs. Amazing service thanks guys!

I used Fritz of the West Auckland branch to polish some piano black trim on my CX-9. He pointed out an existing crack to me before proceeding with the work, and then did a good job with what he had to work with (a significant improvement).
He was also able to fix a piece of trim around the drivers seat and fit a replacement instrument cluster lens I'd sourced, and did a great job on these also.

Viral did a great job reconditioning my very worn out steering wheel and shifter. Material was peeling off and leaving residue on my hands. Quick reply and quote and he fixed it all within a few days of enquiring. Did an amazing job and even comes to you for no extra charge

Further: I have just had more interior work done and the car interior is now nearly new and I am still very happy with all aspects and work done by Trimfix and Jack.

I used Jack from the North shore branch to fix a nasty crack / tear on my door trim and it came up looking like brand new. These guys are magicians, awesome service, definitely will be using in the future.

Sent a pic and details of minor damage to my car interior to get information on having it fixed. A guy called Rueben emailed me - “minimum $220 & gst”. That was it, no hi or hello. No information on how long it would take, where to bring it, if an appointment would be needed. Nothing. I emailed him back asking for more information. Haven’t heard a thing back. Guess they don’t want/need the business.

Been trying for two months to get a hold of the guy who dose Manukau/Pukekohe and its like trying to get water from a stone, hopeless.
Contacted the Guy who dose East Auckland, said he can do it if he's allowed to but even he can't get a hold of the guy.

Viral did an amazing job of repairing my soft touch Subaru dashboard. I had cuts/scratches and discolouration left from the previous owner's GPS mounts. Viral made the dashboard look like new for a very fair price. Highly recommended.

If magic is real then this place knows the secret, awesome service and excellent work. If you want repairs and touch ups do not go anywhere else, have helped me many times.
