The team is incredible. Transparent on the process and walks me through whats happening at every step. Been coming for various injuries for a couple of years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service, physios are super friendly and helpful in getting me back on the field as soon as possible!

Sally was very thorough and did a great job of strapping my foot and some pressure application.

I injured myself while practising golf at the driving range several months ago. While my recovery journey hasn't been easy, I have been receiving a lot of support from different members here at Triumph Physio. It has been almost 4 months since the injury, and I am confident to say that I am about 90% recovered. I would like to take this opportunity to share my gratitude to Nikhila, Lucy, Dino, Kiriffi and Songhee. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain my injury in details, setting up programs for me to strength my muscles, and providing care in a personal manner.

Triumph Physio is an excellent clinic. The staff are professional and the treatment is top quality. My injury was quickly diagnosed, Dino informed me with what was required and what to expect over the course of treatment. I was able to compete at a tournament shortly after and was very pleased with the results.

Very well organised and professional, needed to recover in minimal amount of time and have things in place for injury prevention to help with my constant weekly sports competitions and Rep sports. The best physio I had been to so far, all staff are super caring, patient, and love to help you out in all ways they can provide to make your health problem go away. Highly recommend if you need / want a good physio.

I had a back injury and could not walk properly a few month back. My doctor said to me that I needed to be with the permanent back pain due to my age. Therefore, I came to take physiotherapy and acupuncture.

Their treatments actually work very well for me especially acupuncture. I had capping which suck toxic from my back skin to remove pain and ease the inflammation (the red marks always disappear a few days later). I also had some acupuncture which was not pain at all.

Physiotherapy treated my back from outside and acupuncture was treated from inside my body.

I hadn’t had any great experience from NZ medical institutes but my worst experience became such a great experience.

I have completely recovered my back pain and really glad to take physiotherapy and acupuncture both together.

I will definitely come back if I have injury again.
