Great experience with these guys. Received a quote quickly that was really reasonably priced. They turned up exactly on time (and rung when 10 minutes out as a courtesy). Communication was great and goods arrived on time and with no damage whatsoever even though the boxes had been transported from Auckland to South Island rural West Coast over unsealed roads. Would definitely recommend Trust Movers if you are looking for great service at a great price.

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had: late for 75 mins on pickup (I almost missed my plane), late for 1 day from promised on drop off, lots of damages, no wrapping provided. Had a mistake using them to move AKL-CHC. My stuff was dirty. Damaged dishwasher, microwave, sofa, kid’s chair etc. Is this taking “great care of client’s goods”? “No insurance – we can’t do anything. ” Okay, but does this mean you can drop, kick and mess around with my stuff? I suggest you should rename to “UNtrust Movers”. I will never use them again! I will never recommend them to anyone!

Disasterous move. Very late arrival of a truck that was too small for the load, with no clear communication.

The way the truck was packed resulted in damage to several items. Also boxes, which were clearly marked as 'Fragile' 'Nothing on top please' and a different colour box were but at the bottom of heavy items including chests of drawers.
Bed heads had chunks of wood missing and wooden funiture was scratched and dented.
Soft furniture was marked and dirty with no moving blankets used to protect them.

At the new address, mover damaged the walls, dented furnitue on railings which was really horrifying.

The invoice on the day did not reflect the quote. Damage is still needing to be addressed by the company for the damage done to the property.

Do not use this company! The worst moving experience I have ever had!

These guys are just great! Professional, skilled and friendly, they arrived when they said they would. They worked out the best way to bring the mattress into the bedroom. Over the balcony and through the other bedroom. It was done within 20 minutes!

Everything went well. Very professional staff, very helpful when we had issue with one of items size, they sorted it out. Recommended.

If you are not urgent, just go with other company:) Firstly, it was very disappointing as they did not have punctuality. They turned up 45min later than our booking time frame which made everything delayed and there was no apologies about it. Then they made a big dent at our new place - it was written in the contract which I signed that they don't have responsibility of it because it's just another thing that they can't handle. I understand that but it would be better if they know it's a part of their fault. They were very slow with moving furniture and with other stuff so we had to help them with moving otherwise we would have been ended up paying way more than what we paid which was already paying more than what we calculated. And very unfortunately, my wedding ring has gone missing from where is has to be after moving: (

Epic Moving Day with Trust Movers!

Saturday, 30th September

I've got to give a massive shoutout to Trust Movers for making our move on a cruisy Saturday, 30th September, an absolute breeze. Roshan and Shivedeep, these guys are legends!

They rocked up at a chill 8: 30 am, ready to roll. No mucking around, these two champs powered through the job without a single break. I reckon they've got some serious stamina!

Not only were they hard workers, but Roshan and Shivedeep were also the friendliest blokes you could ask for. We had a laugh and a yarn while they took care of business - it felt more like mates helping out than a moving job.

Trust Movers hooked us up with a top-notch truck, and Roshan and Shivedeep treated our gear like gold. They tackled our tricky driveway with some serious Kiwi driving skills - these guys are pros!

I'd tell anyone looking for a moving company to hit up Trust Movers, but here's the inside scoop: ask for Roshan and Shivedeep. These guys are next level. Our move was epic, and it's all thanks to them!

Would not recommend. Booked & received a confirmation, movers due to arrive between 8 & 9am, didn’t show up. Called to get a ETA to find out we had been forgotten. Movers turned up at 11: 30am, put a dent in the wall of the property we were moving out of & we have damage to almost every item moved. The manager hasn’t returned my calls!

Gave me plenty of notice when to expect delivery, rang before they arrived and arrived when they said they would. Excellent!

Have asked Trust Mover to help out on the house move earlier this week. The guys are polite and efficient. If they have any concern to any potential damage to the furniture due to moving space, they will inform you at the time and ask your decision.

The move was done in adjacent suburb and they did a great job within 1.5 hours.

I wouldn't say their rate are the lowest, but certainly the rate comes with very good quality.

I do recommend them if you were doing house move.

These were the best movers we could have asked for. We were doing a long distance move, for a large houselot, from a property with very difficult access due to a steep, narrow driveway.
From quote (they came and inspected the access and all the items within 24 hours of enquiry, and still came in well below other options) to booking (timely confirmation and good communication leading up to the move) to arriving right on schedule, they were excellent.
There was a potential hiccup, when the movers arrived and had almost brought a too small truck because of a hiccup in communication, but, they had opted for the larger option they had and this was big enough for everything but the microwave!
They managed the difficult access amazingly, and loaded the truck efficiently, but with plenty of care and attention to being protective of our items.
They made good time on the trip down and then unloaded swiftly, checking on item placement well. They even moved a fridge left in the new house by previous owners to make room for ours!
Throughout they were professional, courteous, kind and friendly, even having a bit of a laugh about my husbands garage hoarding.

I am really grateful for their efficiency and care of our belongings.

Thank you Roshan & Shivdeep. They were real professionals. Everything was treated with care. They did clever things from experience or intelligence, that saved time and reduced risk. Our 4+3 seater couches were too big to go upstairs, inside the house. So they lifted them up and over a two story deck, without hesitation! I would hire these guys again. Plus, the job was completed in the estimated time. Thank you Trust Movers. You guys really are specialists.

Overall shifting was fine. Only thing was regarding assembling furniture as was not completed and left in between. Your team should not start assembling furniture If they were not sure.

Easy delivery of 2 x beds to a 4th floor apartment. The 2 x delivery gentleman were courteous and helpful. Certainly recommend this company for future moves and anyone contemplating moving

John and Pankaj, did the house moving in very good time and were most professional as they went on to complete their job. I have to make special mention of John who is a big strong man and worked so well. We did have some extra heavy items but not a big deal to John, who used his expertise to fit everything in one trip. Trust movers costs works out to cheaper than others from my comparison as there are not hidden charges.
