81Web site is very bad.says product available to be picked up. Went there after receiving confirmation email, waited over 45mins, just to be told product was not even available there. No compensation or even attempt of compensation was given. Would not use the website again to purchase anything. PLEASE FIX
I bought a cabinet from the company. It was delivered on the allotted day.
I had to buy a Ratchet set to secure the main assembly points and the screws.
The pack of screws to secure the back of the cabinet were not appropriate. Luckily I had a pack of simple wood tacks.
Not sure if I would purchase anything from this company again
The Christmas tree is great and looked better than the picture. It is exactly how its described
Disappointed and frustrated at what little regard TSB has for good customer service. Received mattress on Tuesday, 24 October, after inflating the mattress per the instructions, on Saturday 28 October about to move mattress onto bed and the stitching on the base came apart.
I immediately took photos and contacted TSB customer services along with a supporting email. Have been given the runaround and told on emails that it’s ‘wear and tear’ so will not be covered under warranty - a 4 day old mattress which has not been slept in!
Have spent the afternoon on the phone to TSB to be given further runaround without any reasonable solution and commitment to repairing or replacing a brand new single mattress costing nearly $400. Do better TSB!

I'm not sure the model I received which is great, is exactly the same as the instruction manual. The method for oiling the treadmill can't be done the way the manual says.
After a lot of emails we found the pan hole distance for the smart toilet seat which means it could work for our new toilet. We drove all the way to the show room. The first staff refused to show us the model as it's not on display. She said we couldn't return it either if it doesn't fit. After communicating with the second staff we opened the box to find the measurements were wrong. What a waste of time and energy!
Not very happy with this company. Bought a couch which is faulty. Have been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 weeks. Offered me a $50 refund which I declined as I do not want a faulty item. Have asked for this couch to be taken away and to receive a refund. They have asked me to deliver it to them. I said I don’t have a van and spent $80
Already on getting delivered to my house. Now they won’t organise a collection with the courier company as I don’t have the right packaging for the couch. I didn’t expect this couch to be broken so all the packaging has been recycled and picked up in the collection. Have asked them to send me some “suitable packaging”. For two days now. Called. No one is getting back to me. Just a very disappointed customer. And doubt anyone will even get back to today. Not sure how long I am going ti have to wait to get this collected or even a response.
EDIT: In regards to the many solutions you have given me. Why do you lie? Looking at all the comments and reviews below. Seems like you have disappointed a lot of people. Also you have sold me a damaged product. I have spent $80 on delivery. Now you want me to spend another $80 to get it back delivered. Leaving me $160 out of pocket. It seems like you guys are using this website to SCAM people out of money. You also offered to send your courier to pick up the couch and I have asked multiple times for you to send me the appropriate packaging so I can send this back to you. Also you’re the one’s who aren’t responding to my emails. So you need to reply to me. Not the other way around. Please stop lying.
Purchased a reception desk but the corner posts were manufactured wrong. They showed the screw holes to the outside. Sent them a message and many photos which should have explained the problem.after a battle explaining what the issue was, they sent a replacement, problem was they sent they same faulty pieces. Unbelievable. I have to get a local joiner to now fix the problem.
The product is great. One of my bench arrived a few days later, that's the only reson I don't give five starts. Apart from that. Great service.
I bought an exercise bike, it arrived really quickly, was easy to assemble and am so far very happy. Thanks TSB!
Great service went there on Saturday bought a bed asked if could be delivered either Tuesday or Thursday when someone is home and they met our request fast as shipping came on Tuesday thank you TSB
Don't even deserved a star, not the first time I had issue with this company and not my last times, had parts missing damaged goods, rude staffs and rude management knock off Chinese items would never recommend this company to my friends and whanua I would never use this company ever again stay away from these Muppets

The guy was very helpful! Excellent service although it was near the last 10mins before pickup time was over. Grateful my son enjoyed the huge screen for his birthday. Excellent service! Product too (Projector screen) worked well for sons Birthday movie surprise!
Terrible experience and awful customer service. From trying to collect purchased product to being given the wrong item. Then weeks of chasing them up - Hours of waisted time. Daily calls, emails with no avail. Had to go in store twice and they refused to refund me for the wrong product, offering me unrelated items instead. I had finally gotten confirmation of a refund, within 48 hours and its now 5 days later and Im still waiting.
Hard to click and collect, not organized at all! Have been to this store few times, nothing organized and nothing plan well. The only good thing is the price.
Terrible customer service. After calling their number to ask about delivery to my area I was told by one man that he would check stock and call me back in 30mins. 2 hours later, after hearing nothing I called back and got yet another cowboy who told me "yes yes, my colleague is checking up on that for you and will get back to you. " They never got back to me so I spent my money at Bunnings instead! Management - you need to get rid of the 2 men from your office, they are costing you customers.
Mattress ordered 16 Oct never arrived, tracking has not moved at all (East Tamaki to Hamilton). Enquired to TSB after 11 days, they did not follow up; rang again 14 days later and was told supervisor too busy to talk to me. I asked for a refund so that I can purchase elsewhere and was told possibly maybe next week. Bad service.
