The team did rotation, balancing, alignment, puncture patching, checks on bushings and battery.

Customer service, advise and work done is top notch.

It's a bit of a rarity to see workshops use a torque wrench instead of an impact gun which can cause issues in the long run.

I turned up 30mins before they closed for a puncture repair and after their professional advice I ended up leaving with 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment. Service is top notch and my car feels alot better on the road. I highly recommend and I will definitely be going back for my next set of tyres and alignment.

I had excellent customer service when booking a wheel alignment and then decided to get 4 new tires while I was there. Brandon was very helpful and got me a good deal on some quality tires. The guys there had great personalities and communicated the whole process well. I highly recommend them.

Great Team, polite and careful, they discovered my tread was lifting on the inside of a tyre, showed me the cause, gave me options and helped identify a suspension issue too.

Very friendly and professional, so happy with my new tyres. Definitely will return and recommend to everyone.

UPDATE: I was personally contacted by the owner himself with an apology and a happy resolution to this unfortunate experience. I very much appreciate the sincerity and dedication to a great customer service experience by these guys. Thank you very much.

I wanted to rate 5 stars. I was going to. But, after getting my front two tires replaced, the right front center cap went missing. I rang up and they were happy to replace free of charge no problem. I got there, and they accused me of lying to them about it, saying I was missing the right rear already when I brought it in, which I wasnt.so I turned up with 3 center caps total instead of the two they expected. Now, both rear center caps have the logo faded off them. Fronts both had the logo still on them. I had photographic evidence of this and showed them, taken a week before getting the tires replaced. But despite having three center caps, two without a logo and one with, they still accused me of lying to them.

Admittedly, it was a curfuffle because I had recently (after losing the center cap and ringing them about it) bought a new set of the same wheels in better condition, with 4 center caps all with the logo on, So actually I had 8 wheels and 7 center caps. (I was going in to get the new tires on my old wheels changed with the old tires on my new) though despite all my explaining they refused to believe me.

As much as it can possibly mean on the internet, I do not lie. I had proof I was not lying. I was disappointed because I was very satisfied with their service and expecting to continue using them until this happened.

I had a slow leak in one tyre. They removed the tyre, checked it, re-checked it and replaced the valve, which was a little rusty & loose... No charge! Great service!

I've got a punctured tyre so I called them in the morning and ask if It's ok to come to fix it in the afternoon on that day. He said that's OK, might be waiting for a while though.
I visited there then they said they can't do it today as fully booked.what?
terrible service and never come back again.

Went in without a booking and they had a look at and gave me a cost breakdown for the different tyres that match. In and out within 30mins awesome service

It's a shame my usual tyre company was closed today.

The guys didn't even screw the spare tyre back down in the boot of my car. If they couldn't be bothered they should have at least told me about it.

Lucky I spotted it. Would have hated to have a tyre floating around in the car during an accident.

Got my alloy gator installed yesterday from tire world botany they have done excellent work very friendly staff definitely recommend them

I had 4 tyres replaced on my car today. Out of 3 places I enquired a quote from, Tyre City Botany was the cheapest. I made an online enquiry and Vaughn came back to me with a quote on 3 different tyre brands and expert advice within hours, Vaughn even made sure to reply to my emails and inform the shop on my needs while he was on holiday - which I did not expect at all, but definitely appreciated! Mitch assisted us today and his service was fast and efficient. Would happily recommend them to any one looking for good, friendly and expert service. If I could I would give them 10 stars!
