I’ve been to see Steve and the team at Tyre city glenfield a few times for punctures, rotations and alignments, so when I needed a full new set of good quality mud tyres recently I was back in there for more great service! Thanks guys!

I went to Tyre City Glenfield on Thursday afternoon after finding a screw in my wheel. They had a look straight away, sadly it couldn't be patched but they very kindly fitted a temporary tyre for me until a new one could be installed the next day. When I went back the following day I was helped right away, it took 10 minutes and I was on my way. I very much appreciate the friendly and efficient service, I would highly recommend Tyre City Glenfield.

Sam and the crew at Tyre City are total legends. Nothing is too much trouble, they give honest advice and fair prices. The ONLY place for tyres you will ever need!

Great service I rung around for quotes and this was already the cheapest tyre I could find here on the shore. The guy offered to try and repair the tyre first and if it didn’t work he would take the price of the repair off the tyre. Amazing service he tried to save me money with trying the puncture repair first but as it was a strange case the repair didn’t fix the slow leak and he took the price of the repair out of the cost of the new tyre like he had said. Quick and efficient service and a good guy here that tries to help people out. I really appreciate it as a solo female because I often have mechanics and car related people try to make more money off me because I don’t know cars but I felt like this guy was really honest about my options and let me decide what to do after explaining everything I needed to know instead of just telling me something needed to be done and me having no idea if it was right.

Steve is awesome! Friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. Gave me a good advice on the pros and cons of my preferred tyres and eventually gave me the best deal for replacing my 4 worn-out tyres.

No, you did. An interaction over the phone, is also a reflection of the service you provide. After a quick 2minute chat with either yourself of one of your team, and abruptly hanging up on me without trying to organize a time that would work for a customer to visit your shop to have some tyres changed, you decided for me, that you wouldn't serve me at your shop.

I nicked the side of my tyre recently, and they were able to take a quick look at it and assess whether it was safe to drive on. They also advised me about how it could impact warrant of fitness renewals and likely it what it might cost to replace the tyres. Great, fast experience!

Sam has been very professional and gave us informative and honest advise for our car. We were literally tyre shop-hopping around north shore the previous day but ended up coming back to tyre city glenfield. Sam was patient in all our queries and gave us the best value for money. We bought Continental UC6 SUV for our forester. We definitely recommend this place to our friends that need tyre service.

The 3 stars are purely due to what I consider being expensive, because of the effects of the covid pandemic has had on employment etc, price is at the top of my considerations when purchasing goods or services.
28th May After discussions with several people I feel this update is needed due to the behavior of Sam Grant from Tyre City Glenfield, Mr Grant obviously took issue to getting a 3 star review, it's what I thought based on the main factor I consider.price, everything else about my visit to Tyre power was fine, and yes Mr Grant I did go to your store, I don't know what you do with the questioner I was asked to fill in but if you find it, you will see I was there, I've never been accused of lying about being at a shop before, Mr Grant proceeded to message me in what I consider an intimidated manner, then he started to trying calling me? Is this normal over a review? I had to block him from my Facebook account as he seemed to be fringing on stalking me, I wouldn't recommend Tyre city Glenfield to anyone and intend to take this matter further, this is disgusting behavior and I don't know who you think you are Mr Grant but I don't respond to bullies and it isn't acceptable

I'm pretty sure I dealt with Steve. Absolute legend, especially when he was the only one working and was under pressure. Was cool, calm and collected and had a quick turn around. Would highly recommend this place.
