Can't recommend Ultrashield enough! Jason, Sara and Rodney, were just fantastic. After reading reviews from a few different places, I contacted Ultrashield and Sara made the best first impression, so we arranged a site visit. Jason was on time and totally prepared. We needed a couple of windows at the front of the house tinted and he spent time reviewing some other tinted windows in the house and recommended a tint that looks fantastic. He was really helpful and totally understanding about what we were looking for. Rodney came to do the install and he was super quick and super friendly. The team at Ultrashield are really brilliant!

I had shortlisted 3 top window tinting solutions companies; all with five-star reviews…. And after exploring all three and various brands of films, we decided to run with 3M films from Ultrashield. From the beginning Jason was a pleasure to deal with. I realized very soon that my long chat with Jason when he visited us was centered entirely on addressing my needs and preferences. I had informative chats with both the other providers too. Especially with one of the other two providers who was a conversationalist, talked a great deal, very friendly but a typical salesman and I ended up still unsure of what would work for us. With Jason, he listened and approached each of my needs and queries with clear solutions and information. It was evident that he knew what he was talking about and most importantly understood what my preferences and needs were. Even after he had left, I called him a few times with plenty of questions since I had decided on choosing between different films for different rooms. Throughout the decision-making process, Jason responded to my phone calls, answered all my questions, and patiently discussed what types of film would be suitable for the different rooms. He left several samples with me and emailed me specs on various films. With all this information and support from Jason, I knew exactly what type of films I wanted installed in all the rooms. Selling is an art but understanding the customer and catering to their specific needs is a qualitative technique of Selling. Thank you, Jason, for walking me through this process and for helping me decide on the right solutions to suit our specific needs. The installation was carried out by Rodney and VJ who continued with the same level of excellent service that I had seen from Jason. They were both very polite and were experienced installers. They explained certain things to me that I was to be made aware of. All in all, I am totally impressed with Ultrashield from start to finish.

The team turned up on time for applying glass protection, really nice guys, they did a great job and gave us a thorough brief on how to clean the windows and showers both verbally and followed up with written instructions. The glass looks great inside and out. We would definitely employ Ultrashield again.

The architects who tenant the ground floor of our apartment building had 3M solar control film applied by Ultrashield to their windows. When made aware that our 8th level apartment had heat and glare issues we were invited to view the installations in their premises. The benefits were immediately apparent to us, so we contacted Ultrashield who responded immediately and provided a quote we accepted. Their front office arranged a mutually acceptable installation time and their installation team were on time, polite and efficient. From contacting Ultrashield to completion took about 2 weeks. My wife and I have been completely satisfied with Ultrashield's service.

We had security film installed and it’s made a huge difference to the internal atmosphere of the house. It was a great experience from start to finish and the guys were fantastic. They listened to what was needed and delivered.

Jason at Ultrashield was fast to respond to my query, and within a week I had a challenging, difficult job done - much to my delight. We had absolutely huge, sloping skylights which were not easy to reach. The team did a brilliant job and the sun reducing film has made a huge difference.
