Mark was incredibly helpful. We had little idea of what we really wanted, so Mark took the time to guide us through all the options. He even met us at a tile store to help us match up some tiles to go with the carpet. Always answered the phone or called us back straight away if we had any questions. We have used Under Foot Flooring on multiple occasions now and the service has always been excellent. Mark urgently turned around a carpet install on our unit within 2 days of contacting him, this was a life saver as our open homes started a few days later.

Fundamentally he understood we had a tight 2 day window to install the carpet between our settlement date and Christmas. Our experience with Mark has been effortless from start to finish. His knowledge, communication and advice was much apreciated, and his quote was amazing. WE had looked around at other flooring providers but they treated us like nobodies, as our project was only small, and the product we wanted to use was not their recommendtion.
After a visit to Mark to view the products, he popped down the following day and measured up and confirmed our choices.
The team arrived yesterday and the floors were then prepped and ready for laying like a well oiled machine, flooring went down and it looks FABULOUS, totally happy. While there was a minor hiccup with the vinyl, Mark and the team sorted it promtly and nothing was too much trouble. It is nice to be involved with a business that has great ethics and provides great customer satisfaction.we highly recommend Mark and team to all who need flooring. A new one stop shop!
