I ordered a channel drain from their website. Within two days, it was available for pikcup. However, I realized that I have ordered the wrong size. In the store, I told the person that I would like to exchange it into a different one. The person said, no problem, they will keep the channel drain at the store to sell, order a new one for me, and refund me the difference. One week passed by, I didn't hear anything from them. I chased up the contact person from the website, and she told me that the store didn't do anything about my order. To proceed, she had to charge me 15% restocking fee for the wrong item and she can order a new one for me. I said, no bother. They basically got 15%, which was $72 from me, for doing nothing. THANKS A LOT!

Sandy was awesome. But delivery of the products I ordered from their trade show was so slow. Only after I followed up after a few weeks did the stuff got delivered. I even had to pick up an item from their East Tamaki branch, 40 minutes out of my way.

Sandy was really good, we bought quite a few items - she had good knowledge and advice. Our bathrooms look awesome. Four bathrooms fitted out. The odd thing was out and she fixed it quickly.

Spent thousands on my bathroomware/tapware from them. Wanted to return a product bought from their bathroomware sale for an exchange. Staff (Sandy) had to ask their lady boss (Karen) but refused despite product was still in its original unopened packaging. Anyhow, I was told by their delivery man (John) that they would allow for an exchange as there are always people having the same problem but it turned out that it was not the case for me this time. Why others were allowed but me?
UPDATE: The shower lining was not right for my bathroom. Because of my initial experience, my project manager rang on my behalf to request one with the right size and this time they agreed! A glass panel was returned at the same time as well and was told I will be contacted for credit refund. It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back from them and I think I never will. Obviously they just do not care when having to deal directly with me (for some reason) after thinking about the first unsuccessful exchange, the successful shower lining exchange and the glass panel.

If you wish to receive fair treatment and good equivalent level of customer service before, during and after purchasing, please go elsewhere!

We bought a shower screen off them, when it was unpacked one pane of glass had a huge scratch on it. When contacted, they claimed we must have done it - not possible as it was left in original packing till we installed it.

The staff were rude and clearly uninterested in fixing their mistakes - still giving us the runaround. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Pleasure dealing with Andrew - recommended excellent options for both products we needed and even helped with the return of one of them when our plumber needed something smaller.

When we were doing major renovations, I met David at an outlet sale for one of Universal Plumbing Plus suppliers. He was extremely helpful and offered very competitive prices. I dealt with them over a period of a year and won't hesitate to do so again. Also gave great advice about different shower drain options. I refer all our friends who are doing renovations to them.

I went to the bathroom (kitchen) sale show at ASB showground today 25 Sep 2016. There were two staffs, one women and one men.

Everything went smoothly and I decided to buy a set of kitchen mixer, the women gave me the product and told me to bring it to the entrance for payment, so I was about to leave and heading to the entrance to make a payment but was then holed by the old kiwi men and been told that I can't take the product and leave their booth unless I made the payment at the entrance and bring the invoice back to him. (while other KIWI and White purchasers just took the products with them and paid at the entrance)

Obviously it's quite racial and really wasted my time.so shame on you.
